The room is nice, the food is average, the location is a bit far from Jl Alor

The hotel is clean, the shower has hot water, and the staff is friendly. You should bring toothpaste and a toothbrush. You can buy your own drinking water from outside.

Located on the roadside, the room price is not expensive, walking to find food + 7-Eleven is convenient.

🇻🇳 I'm writing here for anyone who is Vietnamese to read. This hotel is basically okay, when checking in, everyone will pay a tax of 4RM, you can walk to check in famous places like the rainbow road, the noodle shop with the giant bowl (this dish is so delicious), the center of George Town... Remember to bring a power adapter, or ask the receptionist to borrow one, it's okay, but they only have one 💪🏻

Close to everywhere and close to the bus stop too

The staff is very friendly, it is very easy to interact with the staff when we need something.

1. Bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. 2. There is a hot and cold drinking water dispenser outside the room for free, so you can refill your tumbler and make coffee. 3. Close to the CAT station (free bus) which is station 7. 4. Near Family Mart and 7-Eleven. 5. Easy Grab ride to and from the airport only 45 minutes. 6. Near Penang Bazaar, you can buy various food souvenirs, batik, souvenirs, prepare cash or can scan the qrcode. 7. Near culinary places various foods from light to heavy. 8. Near ATMs. 9. Near Chowastra Market, old-school market snacks and breakfast are available only in the morning until 11, beware there are also non-halal ones. 10. Near instagrammable spots.

Helpful staff, very strategic location, near bus stop at Jalan Penang, room is okay.

The location is strategic, close to the Chowrasta Market and Mydin food and souvenir centers, and there's a Padang restaurant in Chowrasta. The staff was quite accommodating when I needed to change rooms while I was at the hospital during checkout hours. The amenities are reasonable for the price.

I had a very pleasant stay here. The rooms were clean, the air conditioning was cool, and the water was hot. Soap and shampoo were plentiful. If you're looking for a mosque, there are two nearby. If you're looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable place to stay in Penang, I recommend this hotel.

Good hotel, seems newly renovated, but the bathroom on the 3rd floor, standard room type 306, is not very clean.
