Good location. Breakfast in bed. Interesting decor. Needed to adapt dates, but they couldn’t do it or provide support via Expedia

Staff were all very nice and helpful. I stayed there for 2 nights and came back to stay another two weeks later. Everything is good.

I wasn't sure which hotel to book, so I did some thorough research. At first, I was hesitant because the price was so low, but I can confidently say that this hotel is absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect and feels very safe. The hotel was clean and immaculate, and the bedding was very comfortable. My room had a large TV and a fridge, and the air conditioning unit had a remote control, allowing me to set the temperature to my liking. The staff was incredibly helpful with touring inquiries every day. Security was also reassuring; you either had to be buzzed in or use your key card to access the building. Despite being the least expensive hotel option, I genuinely believe that even if they charged triple, it would still be worth it!zed in or use your key card to access the building. Good front desk service, room big, shower too, good location if you like walking or taking the metro or bus. 👌😊

The room was spacious and the amenities were basic but to be expected. I noticed my window in the washroom did not have adequate sealant around the seal and you could see a sliver of outside.

A large studio room which was a bonus. AC was not too effective in heatwave but managed. Lovely staff.

Great location, staff friendly, reasonable price, a little too dark the room but was a good stay. As mentioned in other posts the shower hit water took long time to arrive but not at issue given its summer and a refreshing start was not bad.

Selected this property based on location and price for a 2 day stay in Santiago. It’s different, think high school locker room meets steam punk. Bed was king size and supremely comfortable. Refrigerator provided. Some downsides, AC is central and runs all the time and is noisy but kept the room at the desired temperature. Rooms and hallways are DARK, even with all of the lights on. Cement floors not for everyone. Water pressure and temperature was good but a full 3-4 minutes to get hot water and shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. Coffee in room is not free. Overall I enjoyed my stay and staff was very helpful.

The front desk almost always has English speaking staff. They are always very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a very convenient location and pretty safe. It’s very clean. They also did a big favor to let me shower before boarding a night flight. Thank you!

Located 2 blocks from Santa Lucia metro station, this hotel is well-situated near Plaza de Armas and Lastarria. The area is typically busy in the daytime during weekdays, but is relatively quieter than other areas like Providencia and Bellavista at other times. Not a ton of restaurants nearby that open late, so better to find a place in the other barrios to eat before returning to the hotel at night. The hotel itself is as advertised - the units are lofts, with a NY theme. My room was quite spacious, and wifi was quite fast. I enjoyed having the TV connected to regular cable and YouTube. The only improvements I would recommend would be that the water in the shower could warm up faster, and that certain items could be complimentary such as coffee, but maybe the latter isn't really a thing in Santiago. Otherwise, it's a pretty solid hotel and certainly a comfortable stay for me.

Really dark. Needs more lights. Something (elevator I think) made a low drone and shake all the time. Could hear water from pipes too. Maid came to clean adjacent room at 4am! You could hear her move thru every room. You could here the elevators loud ding everytime it landed on a floor. I really should wait to see if they return the deposit. And if the return attempt didn't charge me once again. They had cleaning ladies (no English) doing this. Seemed to be having problems. As you can see I got little sleep here. You dont need these hassles. Spend the extra 5 bucks.

Second time that I’ve stayed here in Santiago. The hotel is clean, centrally located, and a great value for money. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Santiago
