The room was spacious, and the bathroom was also spacious. It was quite comfortable, even though it was just one night. The air conditioning was very cold.

The staff is friendly, very family-like, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious (there is a balcony/patio), but the AC is not cold enough (the upstairs and downstairs rooms are the same), the water flow on the 2nd floor is small but can be moved downstairs (very flexible). It could be better if the bathroom floor (cleaner, because there are stains, maybe because of water or because of the grout cement, idk)

The staff was very helpful with the late check-in process and friendly. The AC was BROKEN, not cooling at all! At all! The staff asked to be moved, explaining that the electricity fluctuates, so all the rooms have AC like that. The main road is quite far away, so without transportation, it's difficult to get around and find anything. There's nothing in the surrounding area. Saturday night, the sound came into the room, it was noisy!!!!! I really regret choosing this hotel for 3 nights :(.

Yesterday I thought I would get a room downstairs, because the vlogger's view below was good. It turned out I got a room upstairs. The room was clean, but there was no sink. If I washed my hands I had to go to the bathroom first. There was no hot water for bathing. And drinking water was refilled. As far as I know, drinking water is usually given in bottles. There were not many sockets either, there was only 1 lamp in the room, no night light.

This is the second time staying here, previously in 2024 the first time staying here the condition of the room was still good and comfortable especially the bathroom area and the garden next to the room. But for this time it was a bit disappointing, there was no bathroom door handle, the hot water shower was dead, the garden area next to the room was also shabby with walls and the gutter smelled, and I was assigned to room 101

With the price, it's quite good, 300 thousand. For the location and the place is good. Those who love local black coffee have to buy 15 thousand / cup. (usually there is free coffee and tea), and the bathroom equipment is incomplete. The hotel price does not match the condition of the room.
