Wonderful place!

Extraordinary hotel, like staying in a 18 century palace with modern conveniences. Building originally built as monastery in the 8 century. Beautiful lake town, but the hotel alone is worth the trip. All hotel staff were wonderful. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel with great breakfast in a beautiful town!

Incredible place to stay in the Schloss. Beautiful property with amazing art and history. The pool and spa are nice but the floor is dangerously slippery. Food is alright.

The room was very nice, we felt like we were in a palace. We stayed for 2 nights. Although we hung a card, it was not cleaned. Apart from that, everything was very nice. The breakfast was also very nice and delicious. The girls at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Most importantly, the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.

Had a few issues surrounding check in. Staff doesn’t greet when you walk past them. A few of them flat out miserable. The room opposite mine was a laundry room the door of which was always left open. It was noisy and smelly. Breakfast isn’t t managed very well and again with staff that doesn’t smile or greet you. Highly over rated hotel which perhaps only Austrians would like.

Great place to spend a weekend and to relax.

We had a lovely stay in the hotel. We loved our duplex family room that was extremely spacious. We like the breakfast, location of the hotel and all the staff was nice. The only thing we didn't like that people were bathing naked in the pool. We were swimming with our daughter and find it kind of weird and decide to leave.

Lovely luxury property in gorgeous lakeside town. Clean, comfortable and with wonderful staff. I would go back in an instant.

Beautiful hotel & gardens in perfect location

The personnel at the reception is amazing. So nice to have spent these 2 days in the splendid suite.. in the city of the wonderful Prague. Merci to you for this experience.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Zimmer und das Essen absolut super.

Es war alles perfekt! Tolles Frühstücksbüffet, großes Zimmer, nettes Personal, traumhafter SPA-Bereich.

SPA Top (Sauna, Infrarotliegen, Pool) - Zimmer Top - leider klappert bei Zugluft die Zugangstüre zur Suite - das sollte natürlich bei diesem Preis nicht sein. - Aber im großen und ganzen tolle Location - das Schloss und die Umgebung einfach grandios - Preis Leistung top! Frühstück grandios!
