Fabulous. Right in the centre. So quiet and peaceful. Complimentary breakfast unexpected and a nice touch. In a pedestrianised area so a couple of minutes walk from any vehicle drop off point. Not an issue at all.

This is my 2nd time at this hotel, two adults and two kids. It was wonderful both times. Great location and I love the interiors.

Really difficult to find due to road layout. Great value for money that was lost due to parking costs. Breakfast is tea, coffee and pastries, not overly exciting but plentiful.

Very well located, just next to Liverpool One shopping mall. The main door is a bit difficult to find at the first place and the door is not very sensitive after pressing the button. But after checking in, we just use our room card to get access to the main door and it is better. Room is big, warm pastry for breakfast is tasty. All in all it's a very central location if you want to explore the city centre of Liverpool. I enjoyed my stay and travel in here very much!

Warm welcome, staff are lovely, great location and the room was super clean and comfortable. Shower is great and complimentary pastries and hot drinks at breakfast appreciated. We have stayed here many times and look forward to returning.

Large comfortable room in Liverpool One Mall area. A bit freaky to find as it is in an open mall and taxis don’t go there. The entrance is right across from a bowling alley (if this helps you) and it’s an unassuming entrance with a buzzer - checkin was on a high floor. Free continental breakfast with coffee machine with nice selection of coffees was an unexpected treat. Also coffee bags in the room. Staff were very nice and helpful. Grocery stores close by and lots of restaurants. 10-15 minute walk to Beatles attractions ans 5 minutes to a bus that took us right to the airport. Would highly recommend.

We asked upon checkin about possible laundry service. The desk clerk didn’t know but told us she would check and let us know. When we asked the next morning (a Friday) it was 15 minutes too late and the next service was Monday am. We had to use a launderette instead.

Great hotel in a good location. Car park round the corner and shopping centre and attractions at your doorstep. Overall a lovely stay.

A very well placed city centre hotel that is itself very quiet. Spacious room with thoughtful amenities including tea/coffee, biscuits, iron and ironing board and a small but useful amenity in the form of a hook outdide the shower to hang your towel.

The School Lane Hotel was a great find. The central location made Liverpool very accessible to us. I liked the minimalist aesthetic of the rooms. They were bright and clean. The beds weren’t the comfiest I’ve ever experienced, but were adequate. The trundle bed was not ready in the family room and there were no extra sheets or blankets. Breakfast was just pastries, but they have a fancy coffee machine. I’d stay here again.

Hidden gem, location is absolutely amazing if your planning on shopping. The young girl on reception was an absolute gem, so helpful and friendly, couldn't be more helpful. Room are perfect and extremely clean. Shared a room with my teenage daughters, the room had a small alcove for the other bed so created a small bit of privacy which was just perfect. Breakfast is beautiful fresh pastries and coffees. Will absolutely be back

In 25+ years of travelling this is in our top 5 (maybe top 3!) places. Location is 10/10. Cleanliness is 10/10. Staff service and friendliness is 10/10. Really liked the split layout for families that gave some privacy when travelling with our 15 year old. Breakfast was a bonus too!

Clean lines, modest, clean, best shower ever! Loved the spa shampoo and conditioner. No art in walls yet tgat was just fine. Kept it clean and uncluttered. Loved it. Loved the location.
