Overall, everything is good for the price and for a hotel of its class. There is only one drawback in my opinion and this is input and suggestion, the pet cat should be placed in a cage because I noticed it often urinates everywhere and the smell of urine is very disturbing. But otherwise everything is good. Thank you.

Ordered a queen bed, no blanket, only 1 towel, no hot water, but the receptionist was very friendly 🤩

Don't expect much, but the location is very strategic.

The facilities are not good and still need to be improved.

Not bad... the room is nice, quiet and cool even though the AC can't be turned on...

we were given the back room no. 111 the first time we entered there were lots of rat droppings, the smell was really pungent.. it was only cleaned because they said other rooms were not available, even though it seemed like there were no other guests. the water heater was good and the AC was quite cold.

At first I was disappointed, but after complaining and being moved, the room was okay. And the service at that time was good.

It's a shame they don't provide blankets

Kamar tidak sesuai, sangat tidak nyaman, tempt tidur pun tinggal per, kaya’ udah gak ada gabusnya.

Pengalaman yang sangat buruk, kamar tidak sesuai ekspektasi, atapnya berisik banget, jadi hal bisa tidur sampe pagi, selalu ada barang yang jatuh d atap, tidak d lengkapi sabun dan shampo.

WIFINYA tersambung tapi tanpa internet 😔.

I made a reservation and paid via the application, until then the receptionist didn't seem to understand. I've shown proof of payment and so on. We were told to wait a long time, after that we were given a back room. It doesn't go through the front door, but through the narrow lane at the back which I don't understand anymore hahaha. When we got to the room, there were lots of mosquitoes. The bathroom is full of ants. Oh my God. 15 minutes check-in, check out immediately. No longer choose this hotel.
