The customer service is poor, showing a lack of concern for guests. The room is dirty, with blood stained towels. The air conditioning is ineffective, and the temperature inside is warmer than outside. Additional services come at an extra cost. The hotel owner's attitude is unfavorable. Overall, it has been an extremely unpleasant experience. 😨😰😖

The homeowner has a free bicycle, so it only takes 5 minutes to get to the Old Quarter, so it's very convenient. Room is spacious and comfortable. There is a chill swimming pool, coffee in the room. The cutest is the hostess's baby, so cute :)
