We're a party of 3 and had 2 double sized beds, plus space for our luggages. The room also has a washing machine which is convenient. Location is quiet, around 5mins walk from a metro station.

The place is small but has most of the amenities.

The hotel was nice and had a good location. I loved that there was a washing machine. It would have been nice if there were dishes or pots/pans to actually use the provided stove and microwave. Also, the light sensors were really annoying because of how sensitive they were. Just turning in your bed would cause the lights to turn on. Otherwise, the room was comfortable.

Very clean, and check in was very easy. The room is very high tech, which is cool, but better instructions on how to use the washing machine and the bathtub would have been helpful. Also, the motion light in the hallway is pretty obnoxious at night for the others that are sleeping.

The room was clean and reasonable size for a family of 4. It was clean throughout and beds were done every day! The only down side was the broken voice control of the curtain via Alexa.

I don't like the voice-controlled lights in the room.

Fun experience

The property is in modern design and has almost everything we needed. The property manager is very helpful. Only one thing I would like to bring out was the slippers. It is not suitable wearing in the bathroom. My wife fell down one time in the bathroom as the slippers are very slippery. Overall, we like the hotel and will stay again if we visit Osaka next time. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very good

Small but comfortable even for a family of 4. My only issue was the lights on a sensor so if you get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, the hallway lights come on possibly waking up thise still sleeping. The room was well equipped with a large refrigerator, freezer, clothes washer and even a stove. Checkin was all by kiosk as was check out, no staff was there but we didnt need them. Not really sure what would happen if you have an issue and need to contact management, but luckily we did not have that issue. Great stay overall! By the way, try the Udon place next door. He doeant open until 11am but the udon was excellent!

New property, very clean and Alexa operated amenities! Total value for money !
