It's a shame that there were renovations going on during our stay, so it was a bit of a hassle. Otherwise, everything was great, no issues at all.

The location is very nice and near everywhere. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room is clean the bed is comfy and all the amenities is complete except hairdryer. The others so far is good

Definitely one of the most comfortable Hotel, friendly and very helpful staff especially Kak Adel and Kak Tya. Near Alun² and in the center of Batu Malang. Has a great view of surrounding mountains. Definitely will come back again on the next visit. For the management, lucky for you to have nice staffs like Kak Adel, Kak Tya and friends. Keep the good work, and thank you so much.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, so I want to stay again.

The room is spacious, although the bathroom is small. It's clean. The staff is friendly. The annoying thing is that during nap time, the cleaning staff are too noisy. They talk loudly for more than 10 minutes, which is very disturbing, so we even told them off. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future. Chatting is allowed, but don't talk so loudly that it disturbs the guests.

The hotel is very clean, both in the hotel area and in the room, the hotel's design is also unique, the check-in/out process is fast, the location is near the Batu square, just walk, no need to worry about finding a car park, looking for food is also close, there are many cafes or restaurants around the hotel, the breakfast tastes pretty good but the variety is not much, but overall this hotel is highly recommended, next time I go to Batu I will definitely stay here

The location is quite strategic, near Batu Square. The room concept is also good, but the soundproofing isn't great. A lot of noise from outside still gets in. Also, I found the parking for visitors' motorcycles a bit off-putting. Luckily, there's a prayer room nearby, so it's okay.

I've stayed at Gendhis Hotel countless times. I've always received excellent service. The staff is friendly, and the quality is top-notch, comparable to other hotels.

Comfortable, Clean and Friendly

The hotel staff is friendly... Security is very caring with easy car parking because after we checked in, we wanted to leave in the afternoon... The car was moved, parked in front of the hotel and waited until we returned home, parking was still provided for our car in front of the hotel... Thank you 🙏

The location is strategic, close to Batu town square, just a 5-minute walk. The room is quite spacious, but I happened to get one with a view of the empty building and the building under renovation. For breakfast, perhaps the menu could be more varied. Thank you, always success 👍🏻

Very effective and definitely family friendly

The hotel & rooms are very clean, spacious, aesthetic.

The staff is friendly. Parking is very limited, but there's a valet attendant. Check-in and check-out can be quite long. A deposit of IDR 100,000 is required per room. Unfortunately, what I didn't like was the smell of the bathroom. It smelled like a clogged drain, damp, and uncomfortable. Furthermore, it's small. There were no proper hangers or towels. In my opinion, this was quite disturbing. The room itself was spacious, but the sheets were itchy and had lots of stains.

In terms of location, the room ambiance is okay. The downside is getting a connecting room... it seems like it's with other guests, even though it's locked it can't be opened but it's less soundproof because there's a part that's only adjacent to the door. But overall the room is quite comfortable. My husband's breakfast was chicken that was still red inside. For other things, it's general, like a comparable hotel standard. It was a bit surprising from the front, it was straight uphill, it turned out the elevator access is from the ground floor through the parking area. Overall okay. Maybe a bit pricey coinciding with the school holiday period.

Recommended. I want to stay here again.
