Hello! For me, the price of 125 thousand before tax is very cheap. I am a backpacker and just checked in at 1 am. The place is close to the highway. So it's not a joke. Although in front of the alley there is a grave, but from the room it is far from the grave. The staff service is very good and responsive. I was worried about being scammed because how could it be this cheap. Plus the reviews are still few and doubtful. For room facilities, there is no soap in the room. So you have to be ready to provide your own soap. It's also better to bring your own drinking water. There is no AC/Fan/TV in the room. But for just sleeping, I don't think a TV and air conditioning are needed. Because the room is already very cold even without installing an air conditioner. The running water is very cold and there is no water heater. But for a price this cheap, don't expect to get a water heater. The cleanliness is also quite good. Maybe because the building is new. So it's still a bit dirty. Please add a rag to put in front of the bathroom.

The location is really good for refreshing your brain from the hustle and bustle of the city, the service is okay but the facilities are not great, the TV in the room is bad, the wifi doesn't reach the antenna when you have to use a personal hotspot, and there is no one there, and the toilet can't be flushed so you have to flush it manually.
