1. Check in take too long while I am check in on 3-4pm, as I know my whole life, every hotel and room should be ready after 2pm. 2. I book for Deluxe King Room, which should be get King Size Bed, while I am only get Twin Bed put together and paid for Deluxe King Room. 3. I got called by my boss on 3-4a. M and saids I have urgent meeting to attend on PP that morning, so around 4 or 5am I am checking out. When I am checking out they saids there's blood on my sheets so I got charge. Even in hurry, I always checking all of my things to make sure there's nothing left behind and I know exactly there's no blood on the sheet nor the comforter/blanket. Conclusion: I paid extra for 2 things and things that I haven't done and wait longer for every extra I've already given. This is really unacceptable -_-

It was a good experience to stay at Won Majestic. The hotel lobby is big, nice, and has a good smell. My first impression of this hotel was great. Sadly, the receptionist who handled my check-in process does not have good knowledge about their hotel. I had asked what time breakfast started, and she said at 8 AM, before she revised and informed me that breakfast starts from 7 AM. The bedroom is also nice. You also get some TV channels and also Indonesian TV channels. You are also provided with some drinks in the minibar for free. However, when I was going to bed, the duvet and pillows smelled of oil, a different smell from other linens and towels that smelled fresh. Their FB, especially the pastries, was great. I bought some pastries to take away, and after 6 hours, their taste was still good. Their breakfast was quite good and complete. They provided some salads, fruits, cereal, and also have noodles and an egg station, and it was nice to have the french toast. Overall, my stay was OK.
