truly a charming place to stay in sa pa! we arrived very early and were still able to check in right away. breakfasts were delivered to the room and the staff was very accommodating to our requests. my only note is that the room has poor insulation, so if you go here during chilly months, bring extra sweaters and socks!

The room is big, clean and cozy, but the location is far from the centre, if you rent a motorcycle is still oke,the hotel is quite and make your sleep comfort,when I arrive at 7 in the morning they ask 500.000 VND for early check in

The rooms here are very spacious, clean, fully equipped and the mountain view is very beautiful. The owner is very friendly. I have stayed in many rooms from 2-5 stars but have never seen any place clean the room as carefully as here. Overall, it is worth staying when coming to Sapa. Next time I come back, I will definitely choose this place.

Very pleasant. Super clean, spacious room, complete facilities, breakfast delivered to the room. They let me check in 4 hours early. Enjoyed the clean morning air with the sound of birds and a little view of the mountain. FYI, 30 minutes walking to city center.

• The hotel is ok, as pictured, clean. But the hot water is not good, when 2 people showered, it was not hot anymore on Monday, and the water was not hot enough to brush teeth in the morning. The owner was enthusiastic, but in the morning he knocked on the door of the next room, which affected my room, very noisy. At night, I slept late, so my sleep was affected. At noon, at 11am, he knocked on the door to ask if it was cleaned, which was quite annoying while I was sleeping. Usually, other hotels do not have staff. • The hotel room is clearness and pictures are the same as shown in the app. Admin are so kind and friendly but unprofessional when morning time around 11am she came to knock our door twice until we wake up and the sound are very loud until we wake up and asked u need to change the bed cover ? It makes non sense for us . If we need the service we will directly call the hotel and after the next day it happens to other room and the sound is still so louder even we are still sleeping and we were wake up because she knocked others room . This is just to remind the admin we stay in hotel not in our mama house , please don't disturb the tourists take rest because we do not sleep at the same time with u . Thanks

We stayed at Charm Hill during our recent 3N2D trip to Sa Pa, so we will review it impartially and in detail for everyone to refer to. Charm Hill is about 2km from the center, located at the beginning of lane 233 DBP - for us it was quite convenient because we rented motorbikes from the hotel to travel around during our 3 days here. Regarding the room, we went with 4 people - booked 2 Deluxe Mountain View rooms, my friend checked in first at Duluxe, I checked in later and was upgraded to a Family room by the manager. The room we received was super spacious, 2 double beds for us to roll around, there was a bathtub, TV, hair dryer,... complete, soft mattress for a good night's sleep. I was especially impressed with the hotel's cleaning service, when we left, we were so amazed, when we asked, we found out that the manager cleaned the room for us directly. Normally when staying at other places, they usually just change the bed sheets, change the towels, fold the hotel's things, but when we returned to the room, our clothes, towels, hats in the closet were neatly folded, my friend's hair clip was broken and was even fixed :)). The room view was next to the mountain but I found it normal, not the type of mountain valley view like home, central hotels. My friend's Duluxe room had a view of the mountain in the distance. The hotel has free breakfast on the 6th floor, not as diverse as many hotels I've stayed at but for me it was enough, the food was to my taste, chicken pho, delicious rice rolls, sitting with a view of the mountain, watching the city if the weather is nice. The hotel does not always have a 24/7 reception in the lobby but the manager was enthusiastic in supporting. The day we went, we went early, the hotel was not open yet but we were still supported to leave our luggage, do personal hygiene, and rest in the lobby. Honestly, with the price I paid for the room, I didn't expect too much, but the experience was quite amazing. The hotel deserves to be known by more people. When I asked, the manager said the hotel had only been in operation for 6 months, the facilities were almost brand new. I rarely review and certainly not for seeding, but Charm Hill really gave me a good experience and I will definitely come back if I come to Sa Pa.

The hostess is very enthusiastic. Even though we checked in late, we were still given priority to view the room for free. 100 points for service, worth experiencing everyone.

Great room, great food, and great service

Coincidentally introduced by an acquaintance. First time experiencing at a 3-day-2-night hotel. The owner and staff are very enthusiastic. The breakfast must be said to be excellent. Normally, when traveling, I rarely eat breakfast at hotels, about 2km from the center, not too far, not too close. Anyone who likes quietness can try it.

Very good hotel, spacious room in the family room, relatively new to the services with all new facilities inside the room and very helpful staff. Very good breakfast (with this price), my kids love the omelette. The location is not on the main road, 20 m from the main road and still accessible by Grab.
