The view is really nice, the service is friendly, you can leave your helmet and coat with the security guard, the downside is the roof is leaking, the shower doesn't work, there is no hair dryer provided, the room uses plastic carpet, the bed is made of light steel

The place is nice, perfect for a moment of refreshment amidst the busy work deadlines. The staff is friendly & helpful, the food at the restaurant is also delicious. It's close to tourist attractions too. Bocil also really likes the place. It's highly recommended.

The staff from before staying wanted to look for information very slow response, when at the place was the same, I don't know because it was a weekday so there was only one staff, and it took a long time, although the staff was friendly, then for the room there were a lot of "creak" sounds every time you stepped on it even though I booked at Emerald, for ATV, I saw in the description that it was free 1 but when asked to pay again 120k/ATV, then saw VT and videos circulating that could be 2 people but at that time it said a maximum of 1 person/ATV, it could be 2 people if with small children, but there was a new update that they were having fun playing with 2 people/ATV, so is it actually possible or not? Don't just want to take advantage so you can rent everything, honestly last year when I came here all was good for real, but this year why not so much? So I'm discouraged, only helped by the atmosphere of the pine forest and the cool atmosphere typical of Lembang. One more FYI every morning there are monkeys looking for food

Access from the main road is quite eerie (forest on both sides), the road is bad, and there's no lighting, probably because we arrived at 8 PM. The room was a bit damp and not fragrant, and the breakfast wasn't very varied, but the lodge's view was really helpful! You should try this place sometime if you happen to be in the Cikole area, along with Tangkuban Perahu and Asstro :)

The staff was pleasant. However, because we checked in at night on a weekday, it was quiet and dark. There were no directional signs, so we had to navigate, especially since we were riding a motorcycle. The place was comfortable, with a soft mattress and a very comfortable blanket. However, there was no Wi-Fi in the room. The TV was Android, but you couldn't watch it without a hotspot, and there were no channels. The food was delicious. However, there were a lot of monkeys, so you had to be brave and fight them off. Our advice: If you want to stay here, it's best to stay in a group or family for more fun. The room is uncomfortable, lacks maintenance, the bathroom is not very clean, the hot water can only be used for a short time. There is no air circulation, the room feels stuffy.

The closest hotel to Tangkuban Perahu, with great views and adventure around it. The facilities are good, and the service is good. For families, I recommend Emerald. The kids love the rooms with maizenin. The stairs have a handrail, not a climbing wall. There are two rooms under maizenin. The only thing that needs improvement is the sleeping comfort, as it seems damp. Plates and glasses can be borrowed from the restaurant. Oh yes, you need to bring your own soap and shampoo, and toothbrushes and towels are provided. Hopefully, things will improve in the future, as the place and atmosphere are really nice. Thank you.

I loved the situation there, the environment.

It's a shame with a good view.. but the room smells musty and dusty, there are lots of broken interiors.. the toilet jet shower leaks, hot water is only available at night because in the morning they might fight with other rooms because they have a central water heater, not per room. What's worse is that it seems like it's never been mopped, I wiped it with wet tissue until the tissue was black.. so I'm hesitant to use the bed and towels :( the outside is neat and nice but the room is not very comfortable for breakfast there is only fried rice as a choice.. it's not very tasty but it's okay compared to the room

The hotel was pleasant, with its staff and outdoor facilities, but the room I stayed in was very outdated. Many of the rooms were damaged. It needs renovation. As far as I know, rooms are often full when booking, so it's time for some renovations.
