Gorgeous apartment, lovely customer service and ideal central location. Surrounded by buses, metro or walking distance to everything you need. 15 minutes max to the centre and lots of malls on the roundabout. Fabulous stay

Worst stay of my trip. The first apartment was dirty with damage and graffiti on the wall. After complaining I was moved to an “upgrade,” but it also had a broken shower, loose shower head, and muddy floors. Completely unacceptable for the price paid. Staff was nice, but if you value cleanliness, don’t stay here as it’s obviously neglected

Everything was so smooth and the 1 bedroom apartment was tucked away in a quiet back area. Felt like we were hidden away in a safe environment. The management was on top of everything to make us comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property for cost effective, unique experience.

Sweet Porto Team very helpful. Apartment a little out of the way but clean and had everything you need. It’s a big walk up hill from the river.

Fantastic location near metro and Bom Successo market where we ate out nearly every evening. 40 minute walk to the main city waterfront but you can take in the city on the way.

Close to the Metro and to shopping for groceries. Also close to places to eat out.

It was very near the Metro so we found it great to go places. There was shopping nearby for groceries and a food court and other places close by for eating out.

Very nice apartment close to 'Casa da Musica' metro station and an easy 2 stops in to the main city centre. Dining options nearby with a very good new area 'Bom Successo 'serving lots of different food types which we enjoyed most nights. Good apartment perfect for a couple with a nice garden area. The description doesn’t mention there is long stairs from first flood to second floor. One of our friends has heavy luggage and can’t carry to the room. She had to cancel and rebook other place. Also seems the rooms are new renovated and there is a chemical smell which is not good for health. The landlord doesn’t do towels, toilet paper change during the stay. It’s not pleasant experience.

Clean and spacious. Staff was also very pleasant and provided us recommendations making our stay in porto memorable.

Great place to stay. It was spacious, comfortable and clean. The lady who gave us the key was very nice and helpful. The only things we suggest: the ladders in the bathrooms are very decorative, but not very useful when hanging wet towels. Use aroma liquid when washing sheets to provide better scent. Sheets were very clean, but smell was not as good.

Friendly staff and great communication throughout our stay. Would definitely use SweetPorto again

The apartment had everything you could ask for. We had a garden which had a table and chairs and enjoyed the sun most of the day. It was also very quiet/peaceful. Situated 2 min walk from the metro was perfect for travelling. There are supermarkets, restaurants and shops all within a 1 min walk and a superb food court a few mins away. We would definitely stay again if we are back in Porto.

We especially liked the communication with Filipa She had a map waiting for us and all places of interest. It sure helped us with touring. As for the condo it was a bit small but served the purpose.

Great location, good apartment and great service. My only concern was the apartment is very cold in winter and the air conditioner was the only heater. All floors are cold. I had a problem with the boiler was off before my arrive but the problem was fixed very quickly.

Really nice apartment in a great location. The communication with the staff was very good. I would stay here again. The only down side was it was extremely noisy including weekend mornings because there is construction work nearby.

It was handy to parking and metro. We enjoyed the little patio/yard. It was quite small; we couldn't even close the bedroom door. I wish they had a toaster; otherwise it served the purpose
