Great Location. Lots of Great places to eat and see.

The building and rooms smelled like sewage and the rooms were very noisy.

I was very disappointed. The property was a block away from the actual reception area and they require the key be brought back anytime you leave. The towels were old and stained, the pillows were old and stained, the property was in less than acceptable condition.

Nice staff, centrally located, cleen and fair price. Walking distance to just about everything and a lot of restaurants around.

BEWARE!! Before you book a reservation at this location, it is not a hotel. This consists of 2 apartment buildings that are labeled as “hotels”. My family and I arrived and were required to pay on site. Upon paying, we were told that parking was an extra 25 euros per day and they might not able to accommodate my vehicle for two days. They stated their garage was full despite offering parking on their booking. We were then taken to a building about 2 blocks away which we were told is where our “room” was. Outside of said building, there were individuals smoking marijuana and there are a series of restaurants and bars near the entrance. The entrance to the building was not secure. Upon entering the building to go to our room, we had to walk up 10 flights of stairs as there was no elevator. We entered the room which had an odd smell. The beds and pillows were not sterilized. One of the pillows had sweat stains and the bed appeared appeared as if someone had slept in it. In the bathroom, there weren’t many towels nor soaps aside from hand soap. This was an apartment that was being advertised as a hotel. There was no safety deposit box, coffee nor refreshments in the refrigerator. Upon returning from dinner, the restaurant next door had placed all their tables and chairs inside of the apartment lobby. We decided to leave and the owner refused to give us a refund, ignored all calls/emails from expedia and is falsely advertising this as a hotel. Do not stay here and get scammed.

It's a nice place to stay. I though that 2 Euros charges are included in the booking, but I realized its apart.

Apartment hotel well serviced-but the doors and the beds are of poor quality - the noisy corridor can wake you up and the spring bed not very confortable- the kitchen is almost useless without full proper équipement . No lift!

Great location within easy walk of most things. My room would have been better with curtains to cut out the light from the hotelk next door. The rooms were okay for a budget hotel as clean and suited though not very large. The staff were really friendly.

We were in the serviced apartment annex, it was a good value and the location to the center of the city was great. Just some concerns: we were there for New Years Eve and there was a disco next door so the noise level was very annoying for most of the night. The next night the disco was closed so we slept a whole lot better. The kitchenette was not fully equipped. The balcony of our second floor room opened to the dining area of the restaurant next door.

Excellent location and the staff was very helpful especially our cleaning lady. A little bid noise during the the weekend because the disco next door. but other than that it was perfect apartment around the corner from the hotel

Booked a room but was given an apartment around the corner which was next to a late music bar and very very noisy. Music vibrated the room. Good for club goers ! Maybe this only happens on weekends. Only stayed one night. Got what we paid for. Breakfast for €5 was reasonable. Location is excellent. I would give the hotel a chance again provided I didn't get an apartment.

This hotel is in a great location within walking distance to all major attractions. Great little restaurants around. Good room with air conditioning and clean. Value for money. Wifi connection inconsistent.

When we checked in, the clerk walked us out the hotel, down the street, into a building next to some busy restaurants. Inside this building were several newly renovated suites, with not only the usual fridge/stove, but also washer and dishwasher. Very convenient location. Hotel owner (?) was very helpful.

The location and this hotel is great and the room was clean however there are many things to don't come back again. Even we stayed and the top floor, the noise at night was very high by drunk people. We stayed for two night and it happened each night. The room is very small and the bed is also short.

The location of this hotel is very good lying on alley parallel to the Alliados Avenue. There is a very important fact for the futures guess travelling to Porto (or Portugal). Rooms are divided into two types usually. One is guess house and another is hotel. Hotel is much better with private bathroom while the guess house relatively locates in the place hard to find. This one is hotel, much better than the guess house experience we have in Lisbon and their price are almost the same.
