It's concerning, there's no drinking water provided either in the room or at the shared dispenser. Drinking water is provided on the first day, the second day, etc. when you're thirsty.

A hidden gem in Bali. The place is comfortable, clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are quite affordable.

The place is nice, the location is close to the beach, and the staff is also very nice and very helpful to me and my husband. It's just a shame that it doesn't have a car park, only for motorbikes because the location is in an alley to get to the location. Hopefully in the future there will be a private, safe car park, because it's a shame if a nice place doesn't have a parking lot.

hotel near sanur beach, 500 meters away small hotel, only 10 rooms only 1 employee in each shift, poor thing. delicious but very simple breakfast, fried rice, watermelon juice and cut fruit (still hungry) swimming pool is ok, it just needs to be drained and cleaned regularly, only given chlorine, lots of dead leaves and caterpillars on the floor didn't get drinking water on day2 or day3. room is cleaned if we request. towels and amenities are not replaced every day. overpriced at 800k idr/night for bungalow suite (including tax+fee), maybe because hotels in sanur are expensive, compared to Kuta. the concept is 2 floors, on the 1st floor there is a TV, sofa and kitchen set, on the 2nd floor there is only a bed. unique because it has 2 floors, but that's all it turns out downstairs there is no AC, use a fan. so far OK, but if asked to repeat order, nay.

The service is good but needs to be improved. Disappointed on the last day the room was not cleaned, only entered the room bringing towels and water. In fact, the spray was messy and needed to be replaced because it had not been replaced for 2 days. When the night came, entered the room and asked to be tidied up, the reason was that the room cleaning team had gone home so it could not be cleaned. The bathroom also smelled a bit, had to be given a fragrance and carbolic acid so it didn't smell. The breakfast menu too, in the morning "it's already spicy food". Not suitable for breakfast
