Great location, very well equipped ( had two cats with me, vacuum cleaner and the mop, plus washing machine were well appreciated) And a mug of coffee in the morning were great to have. The noise level is a bit high if the flat is facing Main Street and the eclectic socket is very far from the bed ( charging phones and listening to an audio book was a challenge) so next time an extension cord is a must. Really enjoyed my stay, located in the middle of the old town Gives many advantages vs staying in a posh hotel in outskirts . With the cleaning team was a bit more thorough though.

Arrived a little early for booking in but was pleased to say we were give the key and direction oh how to find it apartment gate 7 room 28. Once we found the right place the first thing we noticed was that the lift in the building was out of order so up we go all 92 steps till the top, opened the door and a strange smell hit us right away the place looked clean enough but very run down lights hanging out if ceiling curtains/ rails missing from the windows there was one bedroom with 4 beds 3 singles and one double no curtains but blinds on windows the bounce bed mattress was very thin an felt like you were sleeping in slots; the single beds were comfortable you also had a sofa bed in living area

Apartment we have got was totally differend from the one showed on picture when booked. It was smelling inside windows were ratling, washing machine had broken handle and beds where so loud as well. Not what we expected.

The location is the best thing here - unless you want a quiet night! It's very close to an extremely busy road and a couple of bars, but it gets hot in summer so you'll need the window open, which is hardly ideal. But you're only a stone's throw from the old market square, which is a big plus. Generally the apartment was in a slightly run-down state - there was a cupboard door missing and the shower was only just holding itself together (the door had been replaced by a shower curtain). We had a problem with the sheets and towels - they were pretty grim when we arrived, but at our request Lucky Apartments switched them the next day.

Nice apartment, pretty basic so was fine just to sleep in. 2 of us slept on a very hard sofa bed which is only really suitable for a couple of days. Bigger sheet needed for the sofa bed because it didnt quite cover it and we only had one pillow each. Was in a backstreet which was quite scary late at night.

Location is awesome, however the condition of the property nothing like what is shown in the pics here. Its complete disguise. People are nice and friendly at the reception.

We asked for a 2 bedroom apartment because we'd were traveling with teens. We got only a one bedroom. No wifi. We told the front desk twice... no repair. No one seemed to care

The apartment is very centrally located - close to central railway station, a number of trams and buses, the old town, shops. Great sound insulation from the outside noise (which was considerable) but slightly less so from other apartments. The place was clean but the quality of bedding and towels left A LOT to be desired. It all looked like it came from a charity box, nothing matched, the bottom sheet was way too short for the size of the bed, the top cover wasn’t wide or long enough for the bed and two people. The hair dryer melted when turned on, promptly replaced by another one which also started to melt. The third one worked ok. The admin people were generally very responsive to requests. Wi-Fi worked well, TV was in Polish and had only news channels in English and other languages.

Very hard to find and didn't feel safe coming home at night.The apartment in a back street which i had to find for myself and going to my room was very uncomfortable walking up dark unlit stairs.

Very nice appartment very well located only 5 min walk from the center. The only thing that we dislike was that people at the reception were not very friendly.

If this apartment was kept in better repair it would be awesome in terms of price and location. Too short curtain in the bathroon, broken chair and capboard door.

The apartment is right in the middle of Wraclow ,within minutes you reach every corner and museums Resturants and shops are all around you. but if you want to use a Taxi(n cause of the rain) they are very cheap .though they hardly give you any receipt .The apartment is very clean with a confortable double bed and 2 sofa beds . Beside having a kitchen full of equipments ,there is also a washing machine. .wifi is great

Very convenient location to attractions and there are lots of restaurants nearby. However, there is no switch to turn on the light when first enter the staircase at night as the switch is at first level.

We stayed in apartment 7/15 Wita Stwosza for 5 days.Apartment quite modern but in need of some attention.On arrival no number on apartment door.Stains on carpet,stains on sofa,various lights not working,terrible uncomfortable foam mattress on single bed upstairs,no microwave ,door knobs loose,falling off,.Rangehood above stove set too low,when cooking you keep hitting your head on it,in frustration I draped a towel over the edges.Terrible acoustics in this apartment ,you can hear other guests talking in the hallway outside even though the front door is closed ,and this noise travels up to the upstairs bedroom which does not have a door.TV and washing machine operation can be frustrating,no instructions supplied.I would not stay in this particular apartment again

I booked an apartment 6 on Wita Stwosza. Location was good. A short 5 minutes walk to the old town square and the tram station to the bus station was also 5 minutes away. The room was pretty much as pictured except furniture was a little more dated than expected. But it was clean and comfy. Loved the shower because it was very warm. Check in was at Wita Stwosza 12 instead of 15 as mentioned on the site. Wifi was spotty occasionally.

Great location, within walking distance of everything. Compact but ideal for a couple.

Very good, clean, and spacious room. Everything looked like in the photos displayed. Very well located and central. Would highly recommend.
