Th layout of our room Premium twin was very challenging. Shower Room completely transparent, opposite the only window, for 2 women sharing a room, it is VERY difficult. The long sofa faces the shower with no small coffee table to hold drinks. We travel a lot, this is one of the most difficult room to handle. BUT the staffs are wonderful: especially the dinning room Teresa and Christiane; attentive, polite and effective..thank you

Wine & Books Porto is a gem. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to enjoy all that Porto has to offer. The rooms are stylish, comfortable, and well-equipped, with thoughtful amenities that made our stay memorable. The staff at the front desk were outstanding—warm, attentive, and eager to help us plan and organize activities, which really enhanced our experience. The only area for improvement would be the gym, which could use an upgrade, but this was a small detail compared to everything else the hotel gets right. Overall, an amazing stay. I would absolutely return and highly recommend Wine & Books Porto to anyone visiting the city.

Nice hotel in good location, close to the city center, spa, rooftop, very good breakfast. Friendly stuff, will stay again when I come back.

This hotel was a 10 out of 10! The staff was incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. Loved the area the hotel was in a great location - was able to walk everywhere. The amenities were incredible- sad we didn’t use them we just didn’t have enough time. Would absolutely recommend to family & friends to stay here.

An amazing hotel that really lives up to its publicity. My stay was excellent from start to finish. Stylish decor, a comfortable room, great breakfast, lovely spa and a great roof-top bar. All in a perfect location for exploring the city. What made it really special, though, were the staff. Every team member I encountered was friendly, professional and went out of their way to be helpful and to make me feel welcomed and valued. A really special stay and I will return!

Fantastic hotel. Everything about it is good - the people, the rooms, the food, the gifts, the cocktails, the view, all top notch. Probably all around the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. My only complaint, and it’s minor, is the buttons that operate the lights and blinds. They are tricky. But they do not take away from the great time our entire family had! Big thank you to everyone that works there, you made our trip to Porto one of the best, what a place. Started this trip in the Algarve and finished in Porto, definitely wishing we had allocated more time to Porto, so much to see and do. Obrigado!

The claim of sound proofed rooms is way over done, at least on the 5th floor. We could hear bay clean up, and even the elevators "ding" from inside the room.

This hotel was not a good value. The staff was not friendly and we booked a superior room with a window that didn’t open and it was very stuffy. The room was small and dark and the lights are fluorescent which is not cozy. I asked to be moved to a room with a window that opened but they said none were available. Perhaps the good reviews are people that got much nicer rooms than ours, but I wouldn’t pay a premium price for what we got again. Was the worst hotel of our entire trip to Portugal!

Wonderful hotel for a mini break. Staff were so welcoming & room was perfect - balcony had a great view. Rooftop bar a nice place to end the day, but a little pricey. Would definitely return.

This was by far the best experience I've had in a hotel in my life. While I don't travel every day, I do travel often and the service at this hotel from every single person we encountered made our trip that much more enjoyable.
