Super well located in Rua augusta. there is a gym, a drugstore, a restaurante very close. Staff is nice.

No baixa rua augusta. Cafe da manha farto, bem perto da shopping frei caneca, restaurantes, academia mansao maromba fica literalmente ao lado do hotel. meu favorito em sampa

The shower was very good .but was put by the elevator and it made alot of noise when it would operate and was here on a friday night so music from the night ciub would echo on the buidings. The breakfast was exxelent as well

A little worn down. It is a budget hotel so expectations should be managed accordingly.

Tivemos que mudar de quarto porque no que estávamos apareceram 5 baratas. Tenho muito medo e fobia. Nunca havia passado por isso antes. Claramente o local não havia passado por dedetização. Foram muito solícitos no pedido de alteração de quarto, mas o valor não compensa.

If you're solo, there's nothing to complain, excelent location for partying, clean, spacious and best value for money in the area. Go for it.

We booked at this hotel because we were lodged before in other Braston in Sao Paulo. Big mistake: the Braston Augusta is very bad, a very bad location and the room were really impossible to be in there.

The hotel is only ok, but considering the low price, is good. Some minor issues in the room's bathroom but for me was still ok. The breakfast could have more options in terms of fruits, for example. About the area: who goes to Augusta knows it is a young people party street. So expect noises all night long, even on weekdays. But for dining, for example, the area has plenty of very good options in a short walking distance, for all pockets.

Room was extremely outdate, it looks like a cheap motel rather than a hotel. Re do it urgently or close it down.

The Braston Augusta was closed for remodeling during my last stay there, so I was upgraded to the nearby sister Hotel Sao Paulo. My review is based upon prior stays at Braston Augusta. This is a dated hotel, with (in my prior stays) actual keys and square little television sets. I've stayed three or four times, because I considered to be great value for the money (then about $28, but I fear it will go up after the two-month remodeling is complete). The front desk staff never seemed very happy to see me, but I always got a nice quiet room in the back, away from the street noise of Augusta. Breakfast is very good. I doubt the front desk staff speaks very good English. Augusta is a pretty dingy street, but I'd guess it's pretty safe. On weekends the sidewalks have pedestrians around the clock due to all the clubs nearby, and it is easy to find. The nearest metro station is about a fifteen minute walk. I will stay again.

Good location for central city sites and activities. Friendly staff and decent breakfast. Weekend nights are noisy if you don’t turn AC on.

I read some of the other comments. Well I must have been in a different hotel. My room was not outdated. The bathroom was great, clean spacious and modern. The bedroom had 3 single beds, I would have preferred a double bed, that is the only points negative maybe. The staff was nice. The breakfast was great. The wifi was a bit annoying as you had to identify every time, but it was working in all the hotel. I would go back.

Comércio, ao redor bom, perto de mercado, farmácia, padaria, salão, dá para fazer tudo a pé. Cama super confortável, chuveiro maravilhoso, limpeza perfeito, café da manhã bom. trocam roupa de cama e banho todos os dias. Perto do centro de convenções rebouças (8 min de carro).

Hotel tem boa localização, mas precisa ser revitalizado. Elevadores quebrados, corredores escuros.

O hotel tem boa localização com bastante opção de comida, bares, mercados e lazer perto. Achei a equipe do dia na recepção um pouco despreparada, dificuldade para fazer check in e check out. O quarto é confortável e a cama boa, já os travesseiros precisam melhorar. Banheiro bom e espaçoso, mas o apoio para shampoo no box estava quebrado. Café da manhã básico e sem muita opção de proteína, mas no geral a comida era saborosa.

Ao que pese a simpatia da recepcionista, fui encaminhado para um quarto no nono andar que era extremamente barulhento, devido às maquinas do elevador. Precisei trocar de quarto, que são muito frios, sem qualquer isolamento térmico. Café da manhã com apresentação feia.
