bedroom was comfortable, clean, well maintained. Standard room has no mini fridge nor coffee maker, but has air conditioning. if you are looking for a lobby with access to free cool water during the very hot summer months, there is none but there is a liquor bar. paper cups were used in our room in lieu of glass ones. you can check out by leaving your room keys inside a drop box. this property is easy to find and very close to the Vienna Central Station. This is also close to shops and walking distance to some interesting places to check out like antique shops and restaurants.

Typical Motel One. Clean, quiet, comfortable and simple.

It’s a good hotel. Great location near the main train station. There is no coffee in the rooms, no mini fridge, and only one paper cup. I wish there had been a pen and paper at least also. This seems to be a trend in newer hotels…. No room amenities whatsoever. The air conditioning didn’t seem to work either. Other than that it was good. There is a bar and seating area downstairs that is nice. I’d recommend this for short stays where you don’t need anything in your room and are not spending time in there.

The young woman working in the bar area was stellar. I had fallen and banged up my knee and she got me ice and a water and generally helped make me comfortable while I waited for my room. I cannot thank her enough.

Honestly can't fault Motel One. This is the first one I've stayed in in mainland Europe, and it's as good as the ones I like in Manchester. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, nice bar that's open late with plenty of comfy sofas and armchairs. Bit generic, maybe, but for the price it's a steal, IMHO
