Had a wonderful visit here recently and have already booked for next year. Hotel was so clean,staff were friendly and helpful, the suite we stayed in was fabulous and the food in the restaurant was delicious. We felt very relaxed throughout our stay.

What a beautiful start. Most picturesque location ever. All staff very friendly and helpful and food was excellent. So easy to recommend this hotel for anyone.

The hotel has easy parking, although this time it was extremely bizzy, The spa is a relaxing experience, in our allocated slot 3pm the shower in the spas was not working and rather a lot of glasses on the tables in the seating area, The room we stayed in was smaller than usual, standerd with balcony, sadly front views was part of the roof (of the bar ), Bathroom bin rusty/ no coffee/ tea /milk /sugar in room , had to ask at reception, Its a lovely calming location with short walks. However

Food was good and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Economy room was very small and the bathroom even smaller.

Hotel was great, sat at table in restaurant for 20 minutes and still no one asked if wanted a drink, in the end had to find someone, ordered bread for the table. Never turned up! All in all good stay just need to be a little more attentive to guests in the restaurant

The Cliff is beautifully situated looking out over Cardigan Bay. It is also a comfortable and welcoming Hotel. I'm looking to my next stay.

We have used the cliff hotel many times and continue to go back. However: i do think they coukd review the menu. Maybe be have some traditional Welsh cuisine available. Or some tapas type snacks in the bar.

We thoroughly enjoyed the spa. Our room didn't have a view but it was very comfortable and quiet even though there was a wedding. The breakfast was not great unfortunately as nothing was hot and the coffee machine produced undrinkable cappuccino, I asked a young guy if one could be made from the proper coffee machine behind the bar but he said that there was no one to do it.

Friendliest Welcome from a receptionist I’ve had in a long time! This top customer service continued throughout my stay, from the spa, restaurant staff and the cleaners! Beautiful hotel, very clean, stunning location and the spa was gorgeous spotlessly clean. My room was small (I did only book a single and at £65 for bed, breakfast and use of the spa was a bargain), but it was really comfy and very clean! I only had breakfast, and it was again the best I’ve had at a hotel in ages. Good clouds, great coffee, perfect poached eggs and a sea view. I was there on business but wish I could have stayed longer! Hope to be back soon :)

This property was of a first class status. The staff were most helpful and were always there when you needed them. The food was first class, well prepared, well displayed and well served.
