room wasn't ready when i arrived at 4.30 and need to wait 30min for cleaning and host gave us compliment a room with additional single bed. The bidet spray was broken and they said already order but hasn't come yet till i left. the card access was broken in the 4th day, they said the day next day morning at 10 am will be ready but when contacted them no answer till i sent several times message to know how was it and the guy only write the management came late, till i said i need the key at 12.30pm and accidentaly i met the host in front of the lobby and he said i need to wait till 2pm, i was complained and he gave me his access card. without any notice nor message he came to thr room. at 10pm while we were sleeping just to ask his access card back. the basic stuffs in the room wasn't complete and i have to asked, the water that we supposed to get everyday need to be asked several times and their response are quite long.

Everything was very nice , using bridge at level 2 to public transport . have parking except for checkin/checkout was a bit hassle

We arrived very late because of my flight. Arrived at abt 2am but the guard helped me with my check in process swiftly. The suite is very comfortable and spacious, also very clean and has great ambience. My fav part is the balcony, you can have a great view of the city. I also wished I could swim in the pool so I will definitely book here again. Overall it was a great stay.

The property is very clean, tidy, spacious, great location, and affordable. Everything in the property looks new. What a value of money. It is attached to Quill Mall and Medan Tuanku monorail station, so very convenient to get any amenities and to reach anywhere. Surprisingly, it is just less than 700 m to Kampong Bharu where we can find a lot of kinds of Malay original delicious food. Especially, the property is just hundreds metres from Kedai Pak Hassan where we can enjoy fantastic Bubur Lampok (only available on Thursday) and roti canai with a super affordable price. Certainly, we will stay in this property again when we visit Kuala Lumpur. I score 9+ for it. The only thing to make it perfect is if the management provides us 2 room keys. I believe the management has a good reason to only provide 1 key.

Not recommended for those who want to stay long. Many rooms are damaged and smell of toilet drains. Dirty sheets, dirty beds, lots of dust, the photos do not match the reality. It's better to stay in a star hotel. Many cockroaches in the small rooms and bedbugs.

The first room given a musty and rotten smell coming from the toilet. The door between the terrace and the room was broken. The main door lock was broken, still using the old key not a swipe card. The staff took a long time to respond and were not fast response. Finally, a loud complaint was made and the room was changed, it was not bad for a 2-day stay. This place is close to the animal slaughterhouse. Needs a lot of renovation, lots of stains on the towels and curtains.

The bedroom is stuffy and smelly, the mattress and pillows are very dirty. The bathroom smells like a rotten corpse. I will not stay here again even though the hotel is big and nice but it is not clean and does not smell good.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Pros: 1. Check-in and check-out was relatively simple and fast. Just send a WhatsApp message or make a WhatsApp call to the business mobile number listed in the voucher. Prepare RM200 cash as a deposit, which is returned during check-out. 2. Convenient location with monorail station Medan Tuanku and Quill City mall at the doorstep. 3. The unit's facilities are new. It comes with a washing machine cum dryer, fridge, microwave, and electric hob for cooking. Smart TV was a nice touch too. 4. Dedicated car park lot for the unit. 5. The unit was clean and amenities in working order. Cons: 1. No waste disposal area on the floor (that we could find), so we had to bring rubbish down to the common areas for disposal. 2. Towels provided had brown discoloration. Likely these were from strong heat during drying rather than dirt, but can be off-putting. 3. Only one key was provided for the entire unit. And the key was required for accessing the floor, hence our group had to coordinate our movements in and out of the unit. 4. Could not watch any actual live TV on the Smart TV. Great to have Vue etc., but we couldn't get RTM or TV3 just to watch the nightly news. 5. Water pressure in the shower was weaker than we expect in a new building.

My first time stay at this area. Quill is very strategic, easy to go anywhere, not too busy. So close to culinary center: Kampung Bharu. The unit is so spacious, clean, and good facility & view. Very suitable for small family or close friends trip. Feeling so homey. I will stay back at Quill 👍🏻

Great time, try again next time

Unfortunately, when we were there, we forgot to take a photo of the atmosphere of the unit we stayed in. Overall, we were very satisfied with the facilities there. The price per night for the facilities we got was worth it. Moreover, when we were there, there were five of us with the children. So it became the main choice to choose an apartment as our place to stay rather than a hotel.

It's really ok if you want to stay here. There's a hot food shop downstairs, the menu of delicious dishes.

Only foam for 3 adults and 1 small child. Because the bed is 1 queen and 1 single. There are only 2 towels. There is no doormat. But it's quite fun kg

There is no lobby. So meet on the sofa. But the staff is nice.

Close to public facilities and malls, easy to find food, very strategic location and very clean

We are very satisfied because the room is big and clean. Downstairs, there is a Quill Mall. In front of the apartment is the Medan Tuanku MRT station, so the location is very good. Thanks Lila Team.
