Really near to Nanjing Road, a lot of things to buy on Nanjing Road.

We really have a good experience in this hotel, definitely living in this hotel every time we come to Shanghai.

My second time to stay here, and still as good as the first stay. All the staff were nice and helpful. Foods at the restaurant also provided with information whether [it] contains pork or not. The hotel location [is] also in Nanjing Road, very easy to find foods, souvenirs, etc.

The hotel just incredible, located in the heart of nanjing road, heaven for shoppers, I took the room on executive floor at 22nd floor and got lucky with the room window faced the city with all 4 highest tower in shanghai I can see clearly, but you have to be careful when you walk at the nanjing road many scammers just never talk to the strangers offering you anything just waived goodbye or say thank you.

Good location, in city center, only very traffic jams on certain time, need 1.5 hour go to airport, the price is very reasonable for 5 stars hotel in Shanghai.

Power outlet very less. Food choice not much. A week over there always same breakfast menu. Staff with english language need more training and people. Attitude of hotel staff is very nice and helpful. That's giving a plus point

The room is big, service is great too. But granted, we knew how to speak Mandarin. The location of the hotel is very good, it's right by the pedestrian street. Opposite the hotel is a building full of food, at the back too so its never a problem. Overall it was a nice stay

Best location. Right in the Nanjing Pedestrian Road. Near People Square metro station. 20 mins walk from The Bund. Overall great hotel. Staff tends to be aloof to non Mandarin speaking guests though.

The air conditioner didn't work. Old building. But it has a strategic location on nanjing road.

I would recommend this hotel for good location because in pedestrian Nanjing Road , opposite shanghai food hall and near subway lines within walking distances. Hotel lobby is amazing with marble sculptures and columns. Corridor to room for light a bit dim. However, room is a bit old design with torn leather chair. Room wise not so clean especially carpet and bed as I bitten by bugs during my 1 night stay. Sound proof of the room also not that good as can hear next building construction work.
