The staff made a it a really pleasant and comfortable stay.

Perfect hotel, thanks especially to the woman from Argentina who was managing it. Very accommodating and reasonable, and gave me a free upgrade, which I really appreciated it. Truly a luxury hotel.

This hotel truly stands out with its impressive cleanliness and outstanding facilities. Our room offers a fantastic view of the Canton Tower, which is simply breathtaking. However, it is slightly far from the shopping and dining areas.

Air conditioner was not cold enough

I stayed here as it was close to the trade centre, turns out it isn't and its a 20/30min walk and the hotel doesn't have a bus service so I had to get a taxi or walk to get to the expo centre. On the positive side the hotel and hotel staff were amazing and couldn't do more to help.

All is good except asking customer to top up holding credit amount when charges are being put to room ( dining etc.. ). Gave me the feeling that they are afraid you do not have money to pay after check out. I have never encounter such issue before when travelling in different parts China at those international hotel chain.

My room was massive, with a great view. The service is impeccable and it’s fairly close to the Canton Fair.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel. The property looks new, well maintained, and has a nice design. We were also upgraded to a river view room, and the view looks spectacular. Always loved coming back to this hotel at night.

Staff was really attentive and courteous. Breakfast buffet was excellent! Clean room and quiet at night! Will stay here again!
