The hotel staff was very friendly and easy to check in. Just leave your ID card, no deposit. I checked out in the middle of the night easily. The receptionist is on standby 24 hours. Ample parking, in the back, there is also one in the front, for groups who use elf can also be outside the hotel. The environment seems safe. The place is not noisy, a bit in from the main road, but a short walk to find culinary places, there is Mie Gacoan, a trendy coffee place Tomoro Coffee, etc. There are also many traditional ones. Nice for morning exercise, a leisurely walk to Ngawi Market for culinary. Several times I have stayed here, I feel the improvement, the water heater now feels hot, so it adds to the comfort of a warm shower after driving all the way to Ngawi. In the morning I had the opportunity to meet the owner who is very friendly and is indeed a native of Ngawi, it was very nice to stay here. Next time I go to Ngawi, I will stay here again.

The room was quite large and clean, but the bathroom was less than clean, and the faucet was rusty.

The shower head was a bit low, but the faucet was quite powerful. Unfortunately, the room wasn't cleaned daily; it seemed like you had to inform the staff if you wanted it cleaned.

strategic location in the city center.. there is no breakfast at the hotel, but the location is close to culinary places, not far from the town square. with the government office center is also close. spacious car park in the back, if there is no more space you can in front. close to an aesthetic mosque.. very beautiful environment.. quiet.. clean.. complete amenities, room facilities are also quite good. hotel staff are also kind and friendly.. We always go to Ngawi every year, and our family has stayed here for the third time.. even though we have stayed 2 nights at another starred hotel in Ngawi last year, this year we will stay at Urbanview again.. the price, location facilities make it the most suitable choice if in Ngawi city..

This is a fairly clean and new inn in Ngawi, it is highly recommended to stay here if you go to Ngawi, the rooms are still new and clean.

The hotel looks new but the bathroom equipment such as the shower and water tap are rusty. There are no chairs in the room.

The location is in an alley but it is quite clean compared to its competing hotels.

The hotel is nice, new building. The family room is nice & comfortable 💗. The bathroom is spacious. There is a mini fridge, smart tv, abundant wifi. Prepare to bring mosquito repellent so that your sleep is more comfortable.

Actually, this is the accommodation that I would recommend because it is quite OK in Ngawi, it's just that I'm a little disappointed because maybe this accommodation is relatively new, the readiness to receive a large number of guests (all rooms are full) is not good, like suddenly the room lights went out because the staff was lacking so they didn't fix it in a hurry, then I got a bathroom light that was dead and leaking and I complained but the staff couldn't do anything, it's a shame even though the hotel is comfortable and clean, it's just that the readiness and alertness are lacking.
