Traveloka should inform customers about other fees, such as an RM80 cleaning fee and a RM10 tourist tax. There's also a RM10 admin fee for money transfers. Kuta also has to pay for room cleaning every day we connect. These fees should be included in Traveloka's offer price. We're not the only ones requesting this.

Very happy to stay here. The apartment is spacious, clean, around the apartment there are many cafes with delicious food, there is also a mall. The view is beautiful and the room I chose is facing the beach. There are 2 balconies: in the master bedroom and the living room. The staff are very friendly welcoming us when checking in. The memories of staying here are very pleasant💕😍

Instead of a good location, the view was good too. Plan to visit their homestay at Kuching, Sarawak soon. The owner is nice and they will guide you for the check-in procedure. In case you didn't know, foreigners have to pay tourism tax depending on your night spent, RM10.00 per night. The security deposit, the owner sent back after my check out.
