There was no key, so if you wanted to enter the room, you always had to ask the security guard to open the door... There was no Wi-Fi... But there were pluses... Our taste buds were spoiled with culinary delights around the hotel... Access everywhere was also easy...

Oh my gosh, the hotel was so horrible, I couldn't sleep all night. The price on Traveloka didn't include towels and toothbrushes. When I arrived at the hotel, they asked for an additional 40,000 Rupiah. I had to pay that 40,000 Rupiah. If I didn't, I wouldn't be given it. This is the first time I've stayed in a terrible, dimly lit hotel. The horror aura is really bad.

Room size was very small. 8. No cashless payment. Management needs to make a lot of major improvements, because in my opinion, it doesn't deserve to be categorized as a hotel. 🙏🏻

Check in and check out in less than 30 minutes there. Very smelly, dirty, damp, lots of dust, narrow, dark, there are cobwebs, the AC is hot... there are additional costs for amenities that are surprising. Hopefully the service and cleanliness will be improved soon.

The mandatory 40,000 Rupiah per bag of amenities (containing 1 pair of sandals, 2 small toothpaste, 2 toothbrushes, 2 small soaps) was very overpriced. It should have been included in the hotel price, not an extra charge. The room and bathroom smelled musty when they were first opened. So, when the online booking price was 150 Rupiah, the total paid was 190 Rupiah (40,000 Rupiah paid at the hotel for amenities, which are mandatory).
