Luxury resort, enthusiastic reporter.

The room is just right, enough for a couple with a small child, Japanese wooden style, clean. There is a shuttle to go in and out, before leaving, call the receptionist to let the car in, it doesn't take too long. Will come back if I have the chance.

Everything was great: from the reception, staff to the breakfast and the rooms. The space is very airy😘

Room service quality is poor, ordered braised goby fish but lacked a portion of white rice. Waited 1 hour, called operator 3 times to get a bowl of rice. Breakfast buffet had too few dishes. Pho was poorly cooked, tasteless and bland.

The staff from security, tram to reception were all very happy and willing to help. What I didn't like was the room cleanliness: 1 room did not have drinks (the receptionist apologized), the table in the room looked clean but was very dirty to the touch because of food that had not been wiped clean. Everything else was very ok.

The room is a bit small and there is no night light so it's a bit inconvenient at night. Otherwise everything is great, the staff is extremely cute ❤️

It is very reasonable to choose to stay here.

The staff is very attentive and enthusiastic. The resort is new so everything is very clean and tidy. The food at the restaurant is also delicious. The swimming pool is large and there is always staff on duty.

Phòng mới, sạch sẽ, đẹp, có cả ăn sáng (buffee cơ bản)..nhân viên nhiệt tình. Ban đầu nhà wc có mùi nhưng cũng khắc phục đc. Xe điện đưa đón đến Wonderland
