My family had a wonderful vacation at Koi Resort Da Nang. Everything from the rooms, services to the resort space exceeded expectations. The staff were very friendly, helpful and always ready when needed. The resort grounds are meticulously cared for, quiet and very close to nature, creating a feeling of absolute relaxation. In particular, the General Manager (GM) also proactively visited and talked with guests - a big plus for the professionalism and thoughtfulness of the resort. This is truly an ideal destination for those looking for a complete vacation. My family will definitely come back in the near future.

Check-in time is 2pm but I waited forever and still couldn't get in, no support staff from the lobby, too few staff to support guests, went twice and never came back again

⭐️⭐️ Disappointing Stay – Looks Nice, But Lacks Practical Comfort I spent one night at Koi Resort Da Nang, and unfortunately, it wasn’t a pleasant experience overall. The biggest issue for me was the room lighting — it was far too dim and arranged in an impractical way. For guests who are sensitive to lighting, this setup can be very uncomfortable and even strain the eyes. Proper lighting should be a basic priority in any hotel room. The room itself was clean and tidy, but the bathtub placement made no sense. While I understand the attempt to make the space feel more luxurious, the tub was awkwardly positioned and the faucet was in a very inconvenient spot, making it hard to use. We ordered a snack by the pool — fish and chips — and were shocked to find it full of small fish bones. This is a dish often chosen for children, and serving it this way showed a clear lack of thought and care from the kitchen. Later that evening, we ordered two bowls of bún bò Huế, and it was honestly terrible. I couldn't even tell if it was made by a Vietnamese chef — it tasted more like instant noodles from Russia than a proper Vietnamese dish. On a positive note, the staff at the outdoor pool and on the second floor were friendly and welcoming. They seemed to be better trained than expected for a hotel with such issues. Overall, the resort looks nice on the surface but fails in practical comfort, food quality, and thoughtful service. It’s a 2-star experience at best.

The hotel is quite far from the center, there is nothing around. The facilities are a bit old, some tables and cabinets are rusty. The furniture is not arranged properly, many switches have no information so I don't know what is turned on or off in the room and I accidentally turned off the hot water. The common waiting room is quite hot. The electric car takes a long time to wait. The air conditioner in the room is not cleaned, it says the filter is full, so it doesn't cool, but the technician refuses to fix it. The buffet is delicious but not very diverse, the swimming pool is nice and clean, the beach is clean and beautiful.

The resort lacked service staff, and by the afternoon the room had not been cleaned or refilled. My trip was not very satisfying.

Worst resort experience ever, dirty room, extremely dirty, dusty, dead mosquitoes everywhere, and mosquitoes flying all over the room. Called the reception 5 times to request to clean the room, but it was not until late afternoon that someone came to clean. The bedroom has 2 rooms with shared toilets, very inconvenient, in the private room there is no mirror, no trash can. The bathroom has no place to hang towels or clothes hangers. I don't understand how it can be designed like that. The only plus point is the beautiful space outside the resort and the delicious, diverse breakfast buffet. Will not come back.

I booked a room for February 3-4, according to the rule, check out is at 12 noon on the 4th, but that morning I checked in, then checked out before 12 noon but the hotel said the room was full because I didn't arrive on time.

Koi Resort & Spa Da Nang deserves 10/10 for a perfect vacation. The resort has a peaceful space, luxurious rooms, diverse services from spa, infinity pool to rich cuisine. Dedicated staff, convenient location near famous tourist attractions. This is an ideal choice for a relaxing and classy vacation.

The installations are great. However the staff is very unprofessional and unprepared. In other words poor service, poor communication + problem solving skills and very poor English.

Everything here was great! I will come back next time.

Not too bad but for 3.8 million a night it's really nothing special.
