They must change the bed, it was very much damaged and wasn't possible to sleep, it had no comfort, had to sleep 2 people on a single bed because they couldn't solve this problem. Check in done by trainee under supervision however manager has no manner of hospitality, angry face and not welcoming at all, felt very unwelcomed. Amenities were good and room was clean. They helped us to keep the luggaes until we depart. Cake shop zero hospitality, we ordered cakes and pastries no cutlery, we had to stand up two times to ask service, not good at all. They avoid eye contact so you don't ask them anything. Quality of product was good but service needs to be improved.
