1. All dining restaurant on the 3rd floor, at 17:40 I went down to the 3rd floor to have dinner and called: Chef, Chef, I only heard the staff talking to each other inside but no one came out to ask me. 2. I went up to the 19th floor of the sky-one restaurant to have dinner but the staff said dinner was not served and told me to go down to the 3rd floor to eat. In the end, I went out to eat. 3. The toilet was clogged and smelled bad

New, clean hotel. Room layout is reasonable and comfortable. Mattress is soft, blanket and pillow are ok. Central location, convenient to move around. Can walk down to Ninh Kieu wharf.

Overall a wonderful stay at this hotel, the staffs are amazingly friendly, attentive and helpful. The room has nice decoration with great view. This hotel is also centrally located which is convenient to travel to everywhere. The complimentary 20-min massage was a big plus point, only downside is it felt so short :(

We booked the Executive Suite with nothing to complain about. Wish we could extend our stay longer! New, polished, clean, and very fashionable. Great interior. Staff are nice and welcoming. The price is super reasonable compared to the standard the hotel offers!

New hotel, great rooms. Ideal location near Ninh Kieu Wharf, Ninh Kieu night market. Convenient to travel to tourist attractions. I stayed when there was a promotion to experience a 20-minute massage. Will come back when I have a chance to return to Can Tho.
