The hotel staff is very friendly, and the definition of a gen Z hotel.

Clean, delicious and varied food, the hotel architecture is very comfortable and well-planned. The downside is that it is difficult to pray in the room because the area is limited.

Great experience to stay at the hotel

Teduh Simatupang is a new building, so the facilities are in good condition and well-maintained. There's also a coffee shop near the parking lot, so you can hang out or meet clients. The food is delicious, and you can also order food delivered to your room. The rooms aren't particularly soundproof, so you can still hear noise from outside, and vice versa. The entrance is quite narrow, only able to accommodate about one car and one motorcycle.

The hotel entrance was through a small alley, so we had to take turns with another car. Check-in and check-out were quite quick, one-on-one. A 100,000 IDR deposit was required, or you could hold your ID card. There's a cafe like Kopitiam behind the hotel. The room was quite clean, but it was quite hot. The AC wasn't cold enough.

All good, so good, superb room. So clean, so minimalist room and so good.

The location and service at this hotel were okay—nothing special but not terrible either. However, the bedroom really needs improvement. There were visible stains on the bed, which made it feel unclean. Also, the lamp was placed right in front of the air conditioner, so it kept moving every time the AC was on. It was distracting and felt poorly thought out. With a few changes, this place could be better, but as it is now, I wouldn’t recommend it for a comfortable stay.

Very comfortable, but not soundproof enough, you can still hear the neighbors' voices. As for neatness, it's very neat, unfortunately you can't watch TV.

A bit pricey for a transit hotel with no room amenities (coffee/tea kit or water bottles) and really small room. The room really needs a soundproof real bad because every sounds outside (ppl talking downstairs/walking outside) get through into the room.
