New facility with all amenities you need for a longer stay, including a washer/ dryer. Many convenient stores and cafe/ restaurants nearby. Also close to the subway line making it easy to get around the city. Overall I would recommend this place.

The apartment was modern, clean, and well-designed. It’s surrounded by great cafes, restaurants, and shops, and you're minutes from COEX Mall and the chic Apgujeong area. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

The hotel is situated at the center of everything. The staff were very friendly and the luggage forwarding was smooth.

Loved the washer and dryer combo.

Beautiful corner suite with lots of space. Very clean and aesthetic. Only suggestion would be to also have a televisión in the main master bedroom.

1. It’s like your own home- Laundry, A/C, living area, kitchen everything you need is there 2. Parking elevators- we didn’t use it but they have parking structure on site 3. Friendly staffs- they are very nice and kind 4. Close to every where in Gangnam 5. So many walkable restaurants near by 6. No breakfast but it’s ok because you can find much restaurants close by 7. Cleaning service every day 8. Laundry detergent upon request 9. Utensils are in the drawers that we couldn’t find at the first time 10. Luggage Service, you can also request for keeping service as well

This was the perfect spot for a family trip. The living area and kitchen was super helpful to have for us to spread out. The people at the front desk spoke a little English and the ones that didn;t used google translate to communicate with us, making it very easy to communicate. We would definitely stay here again.

It's really a very good experience, luckily I choose this Hotel for my trip which give me home feeling.Their staffs are very nice ,friendly and helpful.Although I hanging out the do not disturb notice,they will still supply the article for for daily use outside my door every day...I really appreciate it a lot....

Close to public transportation and lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Communication was a bit tough prior to arrival but I did get all the info I needed by the morning of check-in. There's someone at the front desk (albeit a very small one with only 1 person working at a time) and can hold luggage prior to the check-in time. The rooms were clean and it was helpful to have an in-unit washer/dryer. Laundry detergent is available upon request.

The hotel is nice and clean. Staff is friendly. Surrounded by a lot of restaurants and bars.
