water drainage is not smooth, often flooded

The bad experience I had, after checking in I got a room on the first floor then rested for a few hours, then went out for a walk, when I came home and opened the room with the intention of resting but was shocked by the leaking and broken ceiling of the room and the debris hit the bed, my clothes were wet and dirty. When I reported it, it was not immediately responded to after waiting for a while I was asked to move to a room on the 2nd floor. When I moved, it turned out that the water was not turned on so I had to report back to turn on the water, when I reported it, the answer was yes the water had not been turned on. How shocked I was to hear that answer. It is very unfortunate that there was no apology from Cozy Residence at all. Very very disappointing.

When I arrived and wanted to check in, the bed was wet, there were drops from the AC, there were still lots of hair on the bed, wanted to ask for a room change but there were no empty rooms. Deceived by the photos displayed on Traveloka 😆, finally looked for another hotel 😆

Not according to the reviews on the application, the first time I opened the room, the room smelled really musty, the mattress was untidy like it had been used, the pillows were shabby, dull, the AC was not cold, it was crazy, I booked this because the reviews were good but the place didn't match the reviews.

Staff kept playing with their cellphones when asked, the room was dirty.

The hotel staff is friendly, the facilities are quite complete with affordable prices too. Strategic location, close to the city. Interesting.

The hotel is quite comfortable for transit, pocket-friendly, spacious garage. Please make the receptionist more friendly and provide more information. Clear. The room is quite spacious but unfortunately the towels smell of urine. Hopefully in the future it will be cleaner, tidier and more satisfying
