It's a converted hotel building, but the sign isn't very clear, so you have to pay close attention. Many Thais stay here because the rooms are beautiful. However, if you're planning to buy a ticket for the Sunworld cable car, I recommend buying it through the app. The counter staff will ask you to sell your ticket and offer a 20,000 dong discount, but the app is cheaper.

There was no HK in the room, the staff was rude, I felt sorry for the boss who had to step in to resolve the problem, stayed for 3 days and didn't see any staff, always called but got scolded by the staff and only got 2 bottles of water! If you're determined to do business, I hope the hotel will be more organized and send more letters.

View overlooking the sea, sunset bridge, at night you can also watch the super beautiful fireworks. If I have the opportunity to come to PQ again, I will still choose to stay here.

Great room to stay but close far to the city center, you can walk about 1-2km to get there.

Beautiful hotel room and we got a great view of the town from the balcon. Room is clean and has an elegant design. They also provide motor bike rent. Such a pleasure experience.

Disappointed. 1. Called to check in early at around 10:15 but when I got to the hotel I had to wait 30 minutes and had to call the hotel and they said I could go to the room myself. The lobby looked like it was still under construction and very dusty and there was not a single fan for guests to wait, it was as hot as a furnace. I was able to enter the room at almost 12 o'clock but still had to pay for early check in :)) even though I had waited for more than 30 minutes. 2. The door was knocked on while I was resting. The first time was 2 men knocking on the door saying they were cleaning the air conditioner but I had just checked in for about 10 minutes and there was no request to check anything. The second time was when I had just come back from a night out and I don't remember what time it was, I had just locked the door and the door was knocked on continuously when I opened the door and a figure ran into the elevator and disappeared. 3. The room was not cleaned, the bathroom drain smelled, 3 nights but only got 2 bottles of mineral water.

I hope the hotel does not accept guests while it is under renovation or not yet completed. The hotel lobby is a mess, the room is not equipped with toiletries such as towels, toothbrushes. Booked 2 nights, the hotel did not clean the room at all, did not provide extra drinking water. First time coming to PQ and was the first choice for the trip. So disappointed.

The hotel is still under construction, there is no proper lobby, every time you check in/out you have to call and ask. There is no clothes hanger in the bathroom 🥲 When handing over the room, the owner forgot to give the room key 🥹

The hotel owner is very friendly, enthusiastic and hospitable.

The most beautiful place in Phu Quoc, Sunset Town, you need 2-3 days to stay here, beautiful view, fresh air, good facilities, friendly staff, prepare camera and hat. Lots of photos and hot weather.

The room is very nice, new, good furniture. Reasonable room price. Friendly receptionist, proactive in providing information to customers. 10 points, no buts.
