Thank you in advance, this is my second time staying at Villa by N2K, it's actually still comfortable, but it needs some renovation in some places such as the wall paint is too dark, the 2nd floor ceiling list is loose, but it's ok. What's a bit annoying is the lights, the hanging lights can't be turned on, the center light doesn't have a cap, so the lighting is lacking, none of the wall clocks are lit, try buying batteries 😁and the paint is also dark. The bathroom terrazzo tub seems to be rarely brushed so it's covered in yellow moss in all the bathrooms except under the stairs, the hot water doesn't work either.

The villa is comfortable, nice and cheap

The location and place are okay, big and can accommodate many people, the pool is clean, only a few sofas are due for repair or replacement, and the electricity on the 1st floor often trips because the ampere is small while the load is high, other than that it's okay, the wifi is smooth, there's a mini billiard table too, oh yeah, the kitchen equipment needs regeneration to be more reliable.

The home theater is being improved...and the front garden is being maintained with a bit of greenery to make it cooler...as for the rest, it's safe

Now there is a billiard room to add to the facilities, I have stayed at this villa 3 times, because the location is strategic, close to the public transportation museum, close to everywhere, in the middle of the city and the villa is very comfortable.

The villa is strategically located and the kitchen equipment is complete. Happy to be able to stay here. Hopefully water heaters will be installed in the rooms on the 2nd floor too.
