This hotel is in a rough and tough neighborhood. I grew up here. But this hotel was a breath of fresh air. I appreciated the cleanliness and the way the room was perfect. Comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom. Highly recommend !

Staff and service was great. Lots of homeless people hanging around the property. Cleaning service needs to clean the rooms better. Happy meal and toothbrush found in my room when checking in.

Amazing stay! Front desk man was great, very helpful and knowledgeable. Room was nice and very clean. 100% recommend the hotel. The area is a bit shady at night but it all adds to the flavor of NYC!!

Great hotel inside: clean, friendly staff, good location near subway. Outside dirty and a little sketchy. Did not have any issues when walking in area. Just need to pay attention to your surroundings. Would book again

I have no complaints it was a really nice hotel for what we wanted, staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. We were comfortable and the hotel was clean. Would definitely stay again!

Nice hotel, for the Bronx, with quaint rooms that are clean and beds comfy. Has a microwave but missing the refrigerator was the only issue. No bad smells in hallway and close to shopping and stores
