Nice stay, staff very friendly and helpful. Just missing some basics like slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, and mirrors. A few towels smelled off. Otherwise all good.

Had a good stay overall. Staff were really friendly and always helpful, which I appreciated a lot. Just a few small downsides: no slippers, toothpaste, or toothbrush provided, some towels had a bit of a smell, and there’s no mirror above the washbasin (also missing a full-length mirror). Other than that, everything was fine.

Stayed with family for school holidays, service, cleanliness in the room and outside the room was very clean, the employees were all friendly, the slight downside was that the toiletries were incomplete. Strategic location, lots of culinary delights around the inn. If you go to Jember, you will stay here again.
