The location at Puncak reportedly prohibits bringing in heavy food from outside. If you want to order dinner at around 7, it's closed, and if you want to order in the morning, it's also closed. So what time do you open? It rains heavily at night, making it impossible to get out, and the road is narrow, slippery, uphill, and dark. If there's a ban on bringing in outside food and the location is remote, you should be on standby to serve the food. Breakfast is said to be in front of the waterfall, but it's only available on weekends. Weekdays, breakfast is delivered to your room. The room is full of spiders, beetles, ants, and other insects. I came home itchy. It's a shame it's not well-maintained.

It was okay, especially the breakfast experience near the waterfall. The food wasn't very varied, but I thought it was enough. The room was too small to pray in, so I had to open the window, which also served as a canopy. The hot water wasn't great, sometimes only slightly hot or too cold. I wish there was a mini-shop/convenience store for snacks. I only brought a small amount of snacks yesterday, so I was hungry, and the restaurant doesn't open until 6:00 PM, and breakfast isn't ready until 7:30 AM.

A first-timer who immediately fell in love with this place. The service was excellent, and the best experience was the breakfast. Besides the Dlundung waterfall, it was absolutely stunning. The only thing I was a little disappointed with was the room service food. It was pricey, but the taste was lacking. The rice was also very hard, especially since I had kids with me. 😀

The hotel staff is very helpful, whatever you ask for, they respond quickly whether it is available or not.

Unique experience to stay here, and great service. The hotel staff are responsive and alert, the food is also okay. Just need to get used to the presence of insects/caterpillars that stop by the cottage, because the location of the inn is located in the middle of the forest.

Full service staff, great service, very supportive place for family and looking for inspiration. Note: A little bit tidied up for the grass that is starting to get tall, access road to the room with steps can be added lighting, to make it more beautiful for photos at night. The hot water for the family type is not good enough because it can't get warm and takes a long time to fill up. The food is not tasty. The rooms are quite good, you have to pick them up by motorbike.

the staff are friendly.. it feels really natural.. just suggest if possible, guys, park below near the post, don't set the music too loud.. full music all day. so the sound of nature is lost... overall.. it's cool. highly recommended.. we will definitely come back here..

I stayed two nights at Locca Lodge, and so far, I'm really happy with it

For a deluxe room priced at around 800, it's really not worth it for the facilities, the sheets are a bit dirty. I checked in at noon, wanted to rest straight away but it was really hot without a fan/AC, even though the air here is cold at night, it would be nice if at least a fan was provided so that when I take a nap I wouldn't get too hot. When I wanted to take a shower, there were big spiders and other insects, at night the only nightlight was a helokiti nightlight which probably cost around 10 thousand, so it wasn't very aesthetic. Then what was even more annoying was probably because it was close to the campsite, from noon until night we were treated to really loud dangdut music, eh, how come in the morning there were people shouting using a mic so it was really disturbing. The intention was to heal in the middle of the forest so it would be peaceful, but instead I was disturbed by really unpleasant sounds. In my opinion, the only plus here is the service, the ladies and gentlemen are friendly. And the view is really good. Hopefully it can be improved again, it's a shame because the place is already nice. Stay strong
