The room is ok for my needs. Early check in without extra charge. The check in staff is an elderly man so the service is only at a temporary level. But it's ok if you're easygoing.

The hotel has no reception, no staff to assist guests with luggage, you have to borrow a kettle from check-in until noon the next day. It says free airport shuttle but actually the fee is higher than Grab.

It's really bad. I booked a room for a week and when I arrived, my room was rented out to someone else. They kept talking nonsense as if they knew nothing. They gave me some rooms that hadn't been cleaned yet. I asked them to sleep better and asked for a refund, but they didn't refund and forced me to stay.

I paid in advance by card when booking the room, but when checking out, the receptionist still asked me to pay and said I had to find the paid invoice because the hotel's system had not seen my payment. I was in a hurry but had to stand and find the payment receipt and show it to the receptionist to prove it, hoping the hotel would fix the system.

Motel, not hotel. Small room just for resting. No TV, no free water, no towels. Friendly, enthusiastic staff.

It's just a MOTEL, not a hotel. It's in a small alley that only motorbikes can enter. The rooms are too small and cramped. There's no refrigerator or drinking water in the room.

Great experience, next time I come to West Lake I will continue to book this place. Suitable for short vacations.

The experience is very good, full facilities and dining and entertainment services are nearby, however if you rent a room overnight, there will be no view because it is in an alley in a residential area.
