Great amenities and location. Beds were not great comfort though, bring your own pillow unless you like rock hard ones

Great location with respect to Southern Cross Station. Aircon did not work and it was very cold.

Decent apartment for 2 adults & 2 children. Shower had great water pressure though kitchen sink had low pressure. Good to have a washing machine & dryer. Little tricky to find entrance but they had detailed directions. From car park entrance beware there’s 5 steps to the lift so would have to lift suitcases. Beds comfy but sofa was very saggy and not very comfortable to sit on. Aircon unit worked fine. Pool was good. Overall a great central spot to stay.

Overall enjoyed stay and it was contemporary architecturally. A pull out sofa not comfortable for sleeping although it could have been in the past. Hot even with air con on.

the property was clean and in a good area it was a little smelly-not from the toilet as i could not point out where the smell was coming from in the room. Perhaps somewhere in the room as balcony door was left open when i arrived, maybe the carpet? Otherwise everything was good

Room was clean,staff was lovely and accommodating ,pricing was great for the location,would highly recommend.

A great location near Southern Cross station.

The location was great. Having to pay $30 extra for early check in was unreasonable. The walls were dirty and the bathroom was not the cleanest.

This is one of terrible place I stayed , so much inconvenience. Staff very much unhelpful I forgot few items ( 3 unopened whiskey bottles ) When I contact hotel after 3 hours . They said Cleaner put in garbage 🤔. This is the only hotel I come across lost property throw in to garbage bin 🤔 Never recommended to anyone . Very unclean place 4 people. They gave us only 2 towels . Toilet plush broken, not worth for money at all . Staff communication terrible can’t understand English 🤔

The bed was very comfortable. The property central to all I needed.

Property was dirty. Shower didn’t work properly. Air con didn’t work. Oven needs to be replaced etc. Great location but apartment overall needs to be cared for.

Was a weird way to check in, but so close to trains and trams and all the attractions we needed to see
