The room is clean and spacious, the bathroom is clean and the water is flowing. The Wi-Fi is smooth. The price is worth it for the facilities provided. The room is not very soundproof.

Only one staff was unfriendly and unprofessional, for a hotel like Harper it should have good service, one receptionist looked very unfriendly and answered guest questions too much.

Staying at Harper Premier Nagoya Batam was a truly satisfying experience. It's strategically located in the city center, close to shopping and culinary centers. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable with modern amenities. The staff is very friendly and responsive, providing a warm and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. Breakfast is varied and delicious. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travel.
