I have been familiar with Quy Nhon for 10 years and surprised at price, but it's off. Season. Had a great room, balcony towards the sea ( lucky?). As photos show, simple dining area, frig, microwave, hot water pot. Had a washing machine on balcony, bonus. You are pretty much on your own in residence area of building, all the other amenities are Hotel services and cost extra. If you have a motorcycle parking stinks. Sidewalk outside to left of building? Chaotic parking and limited. Met with management, gave me key, I stayed for 6 nights. Manager offered 2 cleaning visits with linen change but I thought 1 was sufficient. Beach 1 block from hotel, many restaurants within walking

My group of 10 people stayed in 5 rooms with a great sea view. Although the building is not fully completed, the rooms are still clean, the facilities are new and modern, the host is friendly, the city center location is very convenient for sightseeing, eating and shopping. My friends are all satisfied. See you again.

Our two-bedroom room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were a family of three, but there were only two bottles of water provided (we wanted three). In the end, it wasn't enough, so we had to buy two liters of water every day. It would have been even better if we had been given three bottles of water every day.

This is a very nice, spacious, clean, and comfortable apartment for visiting beautiful Quy Nhon. It is located in the largest luxury hotel and apartment building currently in the city. It is five minutes walking distance to the beach and close to many shops, cafes, restaurants and cute busy local streets. It has 2 large beds, small kitchen...

Great view with balcony, comfortable beds, good temperature control. Kitchenette for simple food preparation and dining table for food delivery or take out. Spacious, good lighting /sun shine in morning. Good WiFi and many television viewing options. For non tourist season Quy Nhon this is a great deal.

TMS building has 42 floors. I am on the 15th floor with a beautiful view of the sea. There is a restaurant and cafe on the 42nd floor. Worth the experience.
