I really didn’t have a pleasant stay here. The staff were not as helpful or friendly as I usually experience in other WH hotels. Upon check-in, they asked for a 100,000 IDR deposit. I didn’t have any cash with me, so I offered to pay by transfer or debit card, but the staff asked me twice whether I had cash, even after I had clearly said I didn’t.
Then, when I received my room key card, it didn’t work at all. I tried tapping it on the door for about five minutes, but nothing happened. I had to go back down to the lobby and ask for help, and only after the staff came up with their own card did the door finally open.
During checkout, I also had to wait for quite a long time, much longer than in most hotels I’ve stayed at. Overall, it was not a good experience and I hope the management improves their service and staff training.
