The room was decent for the price, so I wasn't expecting much. If you're just transiting or staying overnight, it's fine. Cleanliness could be improved, and the receptionist was friendly and available on site, so you won't be confused if you need assistance. Hopefully, it will improve. The location is convenient, as it's close to the Gadjah Mada University (UGM) and Yogyakarta State University (UNY), so everything is close by.

Pretty good and satisfactory service

I just put my bag in the afternoon, I went back to the hotel to sleep there at night, but I couldn't, the facilities were all broken. The bathroom only had a rusty shower that could be used, the toilet was really dirty, the room was dirty, the guard was busy playing Mobile Legend. I asked for a room change and it was scary in my opinion, I asked to be moved to an upper room but they didn't give me one, they said there wasn't one but he continued playing games that didn't match the picture and my expectations, the AC was mostly broken.

There was 1 dead cockroach & 1 live cockroach in the room, no liquid soap & shampoo, no tissue, the room smelled musty (& bathroom), hot water uses solar panels so if it's not very hot during the day there is no hot water all day, only 2 local TV channels + TVRI. The only positives are the spacious parking & the best location. However, overall, not recommended, the room photos do not match the reality.

The bathroom was very very dirty, even in the toilet there was still poop, I didn't have time to take a photo because I was so disgusted, just going into the bathroom was traumatic, the water was very small, the sheets were very dirty as if they hadn't been changed, the plugs didn't work.

This accommodation seems to be poorly maintained. Not very clean and tidy. TV and AC facilities are okay. Toilet facilities, sheets, and wardrobes are not very clean. The location is easily accessible. The parking area is spacious and shady.

It's quite worth it at that price.

The TV wouldn't turn on, they said it was broken and hadn't been fixed by the technician, the cupboard was about to collapse, there was a lot of dirt inside the cupboard, the AC wasn't cold, the bathroom was dirty, and no towels were provided.
