Overall, the hotel is very good. The room is very spacious, can accommodate 4 people. The view is very beautiful and spacious, along with a modern and semi-natural swimming pool. Highly recommended for families and children. There are lots of places for children to play. However, if you spend a long time outside, there are lots of mosquitoes, which is understandable because the back garden is like a jungle. Unfortunately, the breakfast selection is not very extensive. There are not even omelets, unlike other hotels.

Staying here is so comfortable. Unfortunately, I wanted to book for New Year's but I couldn't.

The laundry is not clean enough, the pillowcase + towel is still dirty, the floor has long hair that is unknown whose hair it is, we all have short hair, better use deebot for maximum cleanliness of every corner of the room. The bathroom edges / corners are slippery not brushed enough. The jet shower toto black rubber ring inside must be removed so that it can be cleaned freely, must understand how to do it before use. Initially the jet shower water is very small. The slippery garden path needs to be brushed / use anti-moss. The staff may be less numerous if they are working optimally. When entering from the garden there is no mat available so the corridor area of the stairs is dirty. Less critical in cleanliness, fix it and it will get better! The hotel is overall okay, it's just that there are not enough staff or something so it looks dirty, there is no cleaning service section that is actively standing by to clean the hotel lobby. The elevator is less safe, uneven, can be cross-checked using a waterpass and it would be better to have a glass box on the outside and use a regular door to give a more proper impression. It's better to remove the headboard plugs and place them on the right and left of the bedside table because the charger is very annoying and mine broke, I don't mind, but if there is a fire due to a short circuit, the hotel will be the one who is in trouble. Hopefully, in the future, Omala will be cleaner and improve itself so it doesn't get worn out quickly. It's a shame that the cafe only has one person serving and making drinks, if there are lots of people, they might order more food.

The only plus point is the large size of the room with a sofa bed, making it very spacious. There is an elevator, but it's not ready for use, so it's quicker to climb the stairs. When you ask for ice, you're told to pay. I don't know the taste of the food because I ordered it without my bf.

Omala is the best accommodation in the Tretes area. Besides its spacious rooms, the accommodations are also complete with amenities, blending modernity with nature. It's truly a place to feel at home, and the Wi-Fi is also fast.

The lights kept going out. It was hot at night because of the power outage. In the morning, it was also off, but luckily, it came back on immediately.

The food is delicious, the place is comfortable, suitable for grounding, the kids are happy.

It seems like it's still a soft opening. Very new. With a modern traditional Javanese concept. The lobby is still empty. The resort consists of only 2 floors. The ground floor is for the lobby with its restaurant, also a playground corner, the 2nd floor is for the rooms. So there is no elevator, but you have to go through aesthetic stairs. The room is very spacious with a bathroom that is also very spacious. Even 2 sinks are available in the bathroom. If it were replaced with a bath up, it would be more functional than 2 sinks. Rooms with connecting doors are available. We chose a room facing the mountain. But it turned out that the mountain was almost invisible because it was covered by tall trees. The view from the room's balcony was very beautiful. We found some corners of the room had spider webs. Maybe because it was rarely occupied. The hotel also seemed to still lack staff. There were no staff to help carry suitcases from the parking lot to the lobby or vice versa when checking in/out. Even though the yard is full of paving so suitcases cannot be rolled. Also, no one helped from the lobby to the room. There was no breakfast option available on Traveloka, but we were offered breakfast with an a la carte menu, they said. Maybe we will come to stay again later after the grand opening.

It seems like this hotel is new..so there are no reviews on traveloka yet.. In my opinion the hotel is good because it is new, but there are not many employees yet.. The lobby is still empty.. But the location is close to the snack stalls in front of the Surya Hotel.. The room is clean, comfortable, the bathroom is okay, all the bathroom furniture is toto 😅hot water is okay, the AC is rarely turned on because Tretes is already cold.. There are long and short sofas in the room, there is also a balcony..okay, to repeat it again.. The swimming pool is quite large but there are lots of fallen leaves..but the guard is quick to clean the leaves….so far this new hotel is okay.. Good luck trying it guys..
