If possible, the service could be improved because we had to wait a long time to enter the room. The AC remote control doesn't work. I've asked about it and they said it has to be operated manually, so the temperature can't be lowered or raised. There's no hot water. The room is a bit dirty, especially the bathroom, the floor is slippery.

The room was tidy, and the amenities were commensurate with the price. However, it's a shame it wasn't well maintained. There were cockroaches everywhere, even inside the microwave. I ended up canceling my stay due to the inconvenience. Please improve the cleanliness.

Dirty room, lots of ants everywhere. Internet connection is very bad especially on the ground floor. Security is very very unfriendly.

Very very recommended. If you want to staycation, just come here guys. *note this is my personal experience. The room is very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The downside is that if you book via the app, it doesn't include Netflix, videos, and other movies, but YouTube is still available. Suggestion: hopefully the Wi-Fi internet network will be improved. Friendly staff, fast response. Location in the middle of the city. Only the pool can't be used by Samsek because there is a contractor next door so the water is dirty
