Comfortable place, friendly staff, delicious food

The staff is slow to respond to WhatsApp messages. Communication is also poor, and the breakfast is absolutely awful. Also, the bathroom is problematic. Please fix it!

Of all the things during our stay, the only thing that was lacking was cleanliness. Please improve it. Don't just sweep, mop the floor, and scrub the sink and bathroom.

stayed 2 nights. The first day there was no breakfast provided, even though other guests were given it and the information stated that it was included with breakfast. For wifi, we had to ask first, then we were given the password. It was not included when we received the key. However, the hotel was clean, the bathroom was clean, and the towels were clean. A water heater and TV were also provided. However, the hot water in the bathroom was problematic. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. The second day, breakfast was provided, but the fried rice was very spicy. Because for breakfast, it should be moderate, it made our stomachs cramp and I didn't finish it.

Clean location, easy to reach

The room is quite spacious, only the Wi-Fi is problematic. The cleanliness of the room can be improved.

The water heater is not working, if you want to take a shower you have to tell the receptionist first. After taking a shower at night, the water heater is not working anymore in the morning, because it is only 12 liters for 1 room. The staff is friendly, but it is not neat and not clean.
