Top notch! Stayed 2 days in a Lagoon Access King room, the room is spacious, clean, fragrant, and the pool access is very nice and comfortable. The lagoon pool and main pool are VERY GOOD, a MUST and very beautiful for relaxing in the afternoon. Then in terms of service, all the facilities are good, the best. The staff are also friendly and smiling and very helpful, starting from the security at the front, who was quick to help unpack things from the car, the FO who was agile and able to answer several of my questions regarding the hotel's facilities and services, the roomboy who delivered my things directly to my room. The staff at the restaurant also had very good service, truly perfect. Next time I will come here again with my family. Oh yes, for irons and hair dryers by request, and they are very helpful.

Comfortable hotel, suitable for bringing kids

Great stay, great pool, clean and spacious. Nice Complimentary light afternoon meal for lagon access room. Only to improve wifi inside the room was bad seems because located in the base. Outside the room wifi was OK. Overall enjoy the experiences and will comeback again.

If there were, I would give it 10 stars. The room was great, all the staff were very friendly and efficient in everything. The breakfast was also delicious. I've been around more expensive hotels, but this is the best ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a wonderful stay at Mustika Yogyakarta Resort & Spa. The hotel offers excellent value for money, considering the well-maintained facilities and strategic location. It's very close to the airport and Prambanan toll gate, which made traveling super convenient. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. I especially appreciated the ambiance and overall cleanliness of the hotel area. Everything felt fresh and well-kept. Service was generally good, although the restaurant felt a bit overwhelmed during breakfast time. It was very crowded, and there weren’t enough staff to keep up with the guests. I had to wait quite a while for a clean table, as the team was clearly doing their best but couldn’t serve everyone efficiently. Still, I really enjoyed my short stay and would definitely consider coming back for the great location and overall comfort.

When I entered, I was speechless... I was so impressed.. the most comfortable hotel I've ever met. All the staff are very friendly, the room is spacious, the blankets, sheets, towels are very clean, white like new, comfortable, and the most unforgettable thing is the smell,,, I don't want to check out. Even when I got home, I felt like my soul was still left in this Mustika Resort. The swimming pool is spacious, clean and unique in design, and there is also a warm water pool. This resort is very suitable for families with small children because there is a playground and flying fox (but I didn't have time to try it because my child was busy swimming). There is also a magic show. 1-10 stars, my score is 10++. Next time I go to Jogja, I will come back here.

Kids love the pool, lots of kids activities. The room was huge. Really enjoyed the breakfast, lots of variety, tasted delicious.
