We loved the character in charm of the hotel. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Also, enjoyed the warm cookies. We truly felt welcomed Hotel San Buena.

Amazing property for just about anyone, ALL the staff were amazing and ALL of them had amazing recommendations while staying . Room was Well put together with absolutely no issues.

If I could give 1 million stars, I would!!! Our stay at Hotel San Buena was absolutely AMAZING!! I cannot say enough positive things about the Staff!! It felt like we were in a private setting with so much attention to detail! Its location is fabulous, walking distance to the beach AND fabulous Main Street and Downtown! I highly recommend this gem before the word gets out!! Run, don’t walk, and book here!! We are already planning our comeback! 💗🙏🎇

I traveled for work and was supposed to stay at another hotel but I’m no glad I stayed here. I would highly recommend staying here. The customer service, cleanliness, and overall stay was amazing!

Truly a gem of a hotel - it’s beautiful, the rooms are huge, the staff is AMAZING, the coffee service that Tim provides in the morning is so perfect, beautiful and delicious. The nightly turn down service always includes a special treat, often freshly baked cookies. I’ve stayed multiple times in many rooms, and have been impressed every time!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel San Buena. Everything is so thoughtfully curated, and the space is beautiful. Every staff member we interacted with was so friendly and helpful - the vibe was really welcoming. The location one block from the Main Street walking area with all it's shops and restaurants was fantastic. It was also an easy walk to the pedestrian bridge over to the pier. We wish we'd been there longer to take advantage of the bikes available to borrow! We really appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks in our room as well as the evening cookies. Our room in the historic building was thoughtfully appointed and had everything we needed. It's worth noting that the bathroom shower and sink area is not a separate room, but a glassed off area, so it's definitely a set-up for people who are either solo or very comfortable with each other. We'd absolutely stay again and hope to do so!

The hotel is within walking distance of downtown, yet it's quiet and tucked away from the main street, offering the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. I highly recommend staying here and would absolutely return!

This property is absolutely stunning—every detail exudes charm and comfort. Our Landmark Room was incredibly spacious with soaring ceilings, creating an airy, luxurious feel. The complimentary water, snacks, and nightly brownies were such thoughtful touches that made our stay feel extra special. The staff was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and full of fantastic local recommendations (especially for restaurants!). We loved cozying up by the outdoor fireplace in the evenings and sipping the delicious, fresh-brewed coffee each morning. So thrilled we discovered this gem—can’t wait to come back!

Loved this property. The regular rooms aren’t very practical, however, if you need to get any work done (there is no desk or even table to work from in the room). It is also odd to have nowhere to hang any clothes (just some drawers under the tv) at all so would mean living out of your suitcase for the duration of the trip. Perfect for a short stay. Excellent staff and beautiful rooms despite the lack of basic practical elements. At the end of the Main Street so perfect location.
